I would like to post my summary i screenshot it and edited out personal info and downloaded it as pdf. How can I post it here? Its from 2016 tge only time ive been seen for this. So ive had this for 14 years but hqve been an addict the last 20 years, which is how I got it...I shot up in my member, i don't recommend doing that...but have been clean 2 years now taking care of all my issues. Im single, 44, have a 50 degree left and 30 degree up and no plaque whatsoever. Ive lost at least an inch of length and considerable girth and was a little under 6 inches to begin with and the doctor wants to do a plication but I want to do a graph if possible so I can retain some size. I don't remember why he said plication and not graph.  Are graphs only for cases with plaque? This place is the best in my area and specializes in this, I have an appointment at a new place for a second opinion but it's just a local small urology clinic. Im going to be ordering the restorex and have a new appt at the specialty place in September  I guess my main question is in what cases doesn't graphing work or why would they only choose to do plication? Have any new methods come out in the last 8 years? What can I say about my preference for graph besides what I stated here?
44 years old, had this 14 years, 50° left 30° up, happened from injecting into penis, was seen once 8 yrs ago, awaiting operation

Welcome Jubilee to the forum and thank you for filling out your signature line. I also say hats off to you for the courage to beat an addiction!! You now have the knowledge and hope to give out to encourage others in need!.

You need to read the forum and hopefully other members can chime in on grafting surgery. I do know that it is more challenging to perform a graft. This is probably due to the location of the plaque and size and surrounding structures. Also the surgeon should be a high volume one who specializes in the procedure. My physician is Dr Levine in Chicago and he is qualified for this procedure if you are close to Illinois.

I would say that you could give traction and VED a try to see if you have any improvements. It is noninvasive and you may have some success with it. You should also educate yourself on grafting surgeries and make a list of questions for your new Dr to answer. Again welcome to the forum !   :)
