Over 35 years with my penis and I just realized that my flacid blood flow is much better when I did walk a lot the day before. May a lot I mean at least an hour or more.
Maybe this is not for everyone and maybe many of you already know, but for me it is great news. If I walk everyday I can control the blood flow to my penis in a healthy way. No need to take Tadalafil or pentox, which does not help as much or has side effects like flushing.
Maybe walking or not walking even is connected to peyronies, because anytime the symptomes got worse, i was in a phase of staying at home, being sick for a long time, working on my home desk, sitting on the couch a lot, and I didn't walk much! Blood flow was really bad at that time. Anyone else notice this?

Walking is an excellent form of physical fitness and it does bring blood into all parts of your body. I walk about 15 to 20 miles a week and it helps out every part of my body.

I walk as well but I will take nitric oxide before I get started and that really moves the oxygen in the bloodstream and I will feel it in my penis as it plumps up some.

YES!  Exercise is key to maintaining a healthy physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.  There is an old adage in my country which is this....MOTION IS LOTION.....our bodies were not made to sit and be static.  We are dynamic, fluid-filled organisms and we need to move frequently to get everything flowing.  Sitting is the new smoking.  Walking, running, swimming, even performing floor exercises right at home are very important!

Thank you for posting this!  I think in your country people are prone to be MUCH more active than my fellow Americans.

I recommend doing squats, I only do 30 a day and I have better erections. During physical exercise the penis can retract, don't be scared.
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.
Frequent urination.

I do weighted leg exercises 1 day a week. Are your squats weighted with a bar? Everyday - wow.

No, just squats, without weights. I am very sedentary and I saw that my glutes were losing muscle so I started doing that. Sometimes I do 20, sometimes 30 or 2 sets of 15, some days I rest, calmly.
