Hi guys . I'm 27 months into life with my titan 22cm . I've got a new partner and we have quite rigorous sex, so ive been inflating more and noticed some gains, but twice, once about a month ago and once this morning ive noticed my pump bulb go completely flat and stop passing fluid, this is at completely maxed out erection. It's fine if i deflate a bit and will repump to same level. I've messaged doctoer ralphh and he said i may have a small leak and it will become more obvious. Could i have used all the fluid he put in? or is it more likely a small leak? Has anyone else had this problem and does it get worse? thanks

Hawk would be the one to give you a correct answer on this.

Sorry, I just saw this.  My guess is that you have simply maxed out and emptied the reservoir into the cylinders. I can do this with my implant, but it takes a very hard final squeeze or two.  In the slight chance you have a leak, just like the doctor said, it would have become quite clear by now.

Hello. I am with Hawk as I have a Flat Titan installed right now, when it failed I got 3 -5 squeezes in and then went flat, never a erection at all.  When it did work I think I had done this 3 or 4 times is pumped Max and then the Pump would go flat after a hard push on the pump, now this was extremely hard when it went flat but I could depress the release valve and it would fill back up and could pump again.  Now this has been over 5 yrs of use and it appears my tubing has failed, I am getting a revision in a little over a week from now.

Wilson, it seems you now either had a leak of fluid or a failed pump.

When it worked, you were like Philtered and me.  We simply pump all the fluid from the reservoir to the cylinders for a rock-hard erection. In those cases, we can press the deflate button and allow some fluid back into the reservoir. The pump bulb will reinflate, and we can pump again, but the pump bulb will go flat again.

Good luck on your revision.  Keep us posted.

Thanks hawk that puts my mind at ease.I pump up to the max then leave it for a while then do some more pumps. It's on third set of pumps it goes flat, i think thats maxed out and the resevoir is empty. I'll keep an eye on it though and hope things stay like that.

Had my revision today and just got home a couple of hrs ago.  Still kinda out of it but not bad, pain is negligible as on the pain meds, find that part out tomorrow.  I will see the surgeon in a couple of weeks but I had asked him before surgery to see what was wrong with the Titan, naturally I was out of it but he told my wife that it was corrosion in the tubing going to the left cylinder.  Also kudos to a good surgeon here, he removed the original reservoir.  Do not have info on what was installed yet, other than it is a AMS

Day 3 and I think pain is around 1 or 2, no pain pills since Tuesday night when I got home.  Walked around the block this morning and towards the end I was really starting to feel the pain.  No pain no gain,  I would say that revison surgery is nowhere near as bad as the original surgery.
