Topical Betamethasone Valerate?

I was prescribed this by a urologist years ago for some irritation around my circumcision. I have a tube of this left and was wondering if it would be safe to use for my pain and inflammation? I don't fully understand how the drug works but I've seen anecdotal reports of it being beneficial for phimosis.

You can try and see if it helps. It is just a topical corticosteroid and should not hurt you. Is it expired? It wont do much for correcting any internal peyronies related issues though.
