I started using PMP after suffering from peyronies and unhelpful urologists for 2-3 years. I love the device so far but I've had some issues getting the hang of it. My plaque is located on the underside of the base of my penis so I have to be very careful not to press into myself with the "ring" on the rod system but otherwise I can use it safely and comfortably. I just have some level of difficulty with compressing the rods, every time I try to do this the rods and the ring either move up or down. I can do it if I have another hand to stabilize but I also have to snap the glans chamber to the device and I only have two hands. Does anyone know the proper technique?
Upward congenital curvature. Woke up with mysterious eggplant penis. Indentation/plaque on the underside of my penis at the base and worsened upward curve. Decent EQ, flaccid pain

Started Penimaster Pro + TBH + heat + topical/oral cocktail

if the rods are moving up when you are increasing the tension, it's the PMP increasing the overall length of itself to increase the tension. For example if you add more length to the rods by adding the extension pieces to the top of the rod this won't happen because the rods are already long enough to give you sufficient tension.

To snap the glans chamber to the device, first lower the tension all the way down so the overall length of the rods is as short as it can be. Then once you've snapped the glans chamber in, then at that point increase the tension to the desired amount of tension that you need.

Diagnosed
Curve to the right that fluctuates between 20-30 degrees and indentation. Indent is exactly where the curve is.
No palpable plaque. When fully erect, the curve sight/indentation is softer than the rest of the erection.

I need you to clarify exactly what you are asking. I have had the PMP for almost 4 years mow and the Restorex for 3. In the beginning there was a learning curve for the PMP. I had issues with the base causing me pain where it contacted my pubic bone region after about an hour of wearing it. I tried cushioning it with silicone pads and small cut towels. The way I use it now is with thick round cotton makeup pads tucked under the base where it contact my skin. Is this the info that you were looking for?
