Hello everyone. This could be very long but I will try to make it as brief as I can without leaving anything out.

I am 24. I believe I had my first injury at the age of 18 when losing my virginity. I had penile pain for about a year afterwards and perhaps even developed a leftward curve, ever so slightly, but that was all and nothing else happened except perhaps a loss of sensitivity also. I actually grew to really like this as I believe it is what allowed me to have sex for 30 minutes or more nearly every time and my partners loved it.

Flash forward to now. At the very end of September I had an injury. There was no mistaking this one, whereas the last I wasn't sure, but I instantly knew what had happened. I was literally pulling my jeans off with one hand while I had a binder and my boner somehow got caught and bent in my jeans. I instantly knew I had given myself Peyronies Disease due to my prior knowledge. I was in disbelief. For context I was only a few days away from coming out of a horrible depressive rumination that had lasted months before, only to immediately go into this.

Within a week I'd say there was definite pain, and within a couple to several my dick was so sensitive that touching it at all while erect would make me immediately finish. It was awful. I thought my life was over and honestly considered becoming a monk as I thought all other options were out of the picture. I saw a urologist and he said because I could achieve an erection I was fine and that I was "too young to have Peyronies Disease".

I had an appointment with my primary doc soon after. I was going to ask him for Cialis. I had heard that Cialis could massively help prevent deformity so I knew it was very urgent to get ASAP. I stayed up all night reading about Peyronies Disease worried the night before and when the day of the appointment came I hit snooze for 10 minutes knowing my doc had run an hour late the last two times and then called in on my way and they said we have to cancel but can reschedule for tomorrow. I thought okay well one day isn't so bad thank God - God had really come down and saved me here - God really wanted me to stop this before it happened! Then the next day I woke up an hour after the appointment. Never heard my alarm, maybe never even set it. No idea. I was devastated and in total disbelief. All these months later I still am.

At this point the pain was quite bad and constant, not terrible but felt like a constant bee sting. It took two and a half weeks to get in again. And just about 4 days or so before finally getting back to see my doc is when I first noticed the deformity, my dick had twisted to the left from the base a very noticeable amount and the shape of the shaft was completely different, thinner at the bottom and fuller by the head than before. There's also an another twist part way up by the head.

To say I was and am devastated that I feel I let this happen is an understatement. I read on PubMed not too long ago that Cialis can actually stop the deformity entirely. I feel like I totally threw away my chance at a normal happy life or at least not having to spend God knows how much time and money to TRY and get back to "normal" and fix this now when it could've potentially been prevented all together!

So once I got on the Cialis my EQ improved massively, which was quite bad at the time. The deformity also seemed to stop right then and there and hasn't changed whatsoever since (it's been 5 months) which makes the think the Cialis REALLY COULD'VE prevented this entirely, at least for me, and that's just been a very tragic thought and hard pill to swallow and live with. My head had been about the same size as before but not filling up with blood, now it would fill up some but stay much smaller, less full. Like I cannot get as much blood up there now. If I flex and hold my dick I can keep some up there but it rarely ever happens naturally now whereas it used to almost always.

Was very hard to get used to the deformity, loss of length, loss of girth, and most of all the loss of rigidity/EQ and the sensitivity. Along with the Cialis I've been taking many supplements - several I started months ago such as Coq10 and Acetyl-L-Car, and others I started more recently such as Propolis, Milk Thistle, Burberry, etc. I take around 20 different pills a day now, most of which antioxidants. I just want the best chance I can have at making as good of a recovery as I can.

I've also tried heat a few times as I've seen very promising studies about it, but it's a huge hassle to get a mug to the perfect temperature and then hold it and my penis and it doesn't last long. I want to buy a penis heating pad I saw with thermal heating, just can't afford it yet. I also want to buy a VED, ideally the medical grade one despite being a fortune because it seems to really help also and I HATE not being able to be rock hard anymore, as well as the size losses. I also use emu oil pretty regularly as of recently.

I've had sex twice in the past week and had thought my sensitivity had improved several months ago but recently it's been so intense that I finished VERY fast after putting it inside a vagina, and again I used to be able to always last literally around 30 minutes before this injury whereas now I can barely last 10 strokes in a row. It's humiliating. And then when I come back for round 2 I can last much longer and even struggle to finish but I can barely keep it up, even on cialis.

I also just started Pentox and this seemed to help right away with EQ but haven't noticed much more since. And I do daily hand stretches as much as I can because as much as it is a massive pain in the ass many people the say it's the only way to really get length and even some function back.

Anyway, I am devastated by all of this, I had a really great member before all this that I was incredibly happy with, and this has caused me so much despair I've spent most of the last 6 months or more too unmotivated to do anything with my life questioning what's the point. It's not as bad now as I feel I have improved from the sensitivity some and erections have improved with piles but I still feel my performance issue is really hurting my sex life and contributing to women not staying around in my life. This is causing me a ton of emotional distress to be honest. This entire thing has made me want to end it all more than a few times and curse why I've been so consistently unlucky. I find I do best when I just don't think about it, but obviously it doesn't just go away.

What can I do?
So anyway, given everything I've just said in here, what advice do you all have for me? Also some questions:
1. Will it be possible for the twisting to reverse when the fibrosis heals?
2. Will I regain strength in the injured side when the fibrosis heals (when flexing it)?
3. What can I do to reduce sensitivity on the injured spot?

And I forget the rest because it's 2 AM but I've been wanting to make this post for a while now and had a ton to share so I just had to get it all out.

Please recommend anything you know that has genuinely helped you, and if you think it would be possible for me to make a full recovery. Also feel free to direct me to other parts of the forum as I know responses are limited here. Moral support is welcome as well. This damn crap has consumed my YOUNG life for like half a year now and it's been very very not ideal whatsoever.

I pray we can all get better. I look forward to your responses. I spent a ton of time in the Peyroines Discord connected to the Subreddit but they say this is the best resource. I hope they're right because this site looks straight out of 1994.

Thank you!

To be honest most of us ''veterans'' on here always try to respond to questions best we can, maybe the forum just isn't as active anymore or perhaps the length of your post might have been too long for some to read but I will try answer as best as I can.

First off. There definitely may have been some trauma that happened during your , let's call it 'jeans incident'' (lol)

Pretty much any trauma can set off a cascade of inflammation that may or may not lead to this condition. It is good that you started the daily tadalafil. However there has been no conclusive proof that this stops or helps remove any deformity. It is however good for blood flow down there which leads to my second point. Which is in terms of supplements, antioxidants and such, they pretty much won't do anything for this disease. They are definitely good for your overall health make no mistake, for instance you wrote about coq10, a fantastic health supplement, but if you hope these will help with your deformity, forget it.

The only supplements that are worth it are those that enhance bloodflow. Such as tadalafil that you are taking, try get your hands on some pure L-citruline. Around 3000 - 5000 mg a day is a good dose. Supplements that helps with better blood flow will help with better erections and that is kinda crucial for us with this condition because regular erections of poor quality will definitely lead to atrophy in the long run. So remember to always try have the best erections you can during masturbation/sex to prevent the size loss effect.

VED is a good tool. It helps fill your dick with blood daily but keep in mind use it as a rehabilitation tool and not a dick size increasing tool. There is a protocol on here, look it up. Always pump slowly, make sure you do not have any pain or discomfort when doing it, and once you have reached an erection do not hold it for too long, 30 seconds per hold is a good starting point. With time you can increase it to 1 minute. Do 10 holds per day.

Please do not stretch your dick by hand as multiple people on here has become worse off by doing that. If you wish to continue doing it, do so at your own risk.

I do not know if this was helpful but I tried to be as helpful as I could.

I wish you all the best in the battle with this condition. It is an up and down battle for sure. Some days you feel better some days you feel like you hit rock bottom. This is completely normal. It is afterall our manhood being affected here and that takes a toll on every man. You are also very young so I know how it feels, I got it when I was around your age (26)

Never let the condition get the best of you. No matter how bad things look you gotta find a way to stay positive. If at the end of the day you have gotten to a point where nothing seems to help an implant is always there as a last resort option.

Best of luck!

What Sonic has said is good advice and this is the best forum on the internet with over 22,000 members and still counting. Your post was long which might have stopped some from reading it. You did not fill out your signature line which may have been a complete turn off for some. This gives the reader a short quick glimpse of where the individual is in their own peyronies journey.

Hopefully you have downloaded our survival guide -->Survival Guide. This will give you a better understanding about peyronies treatments and there outcomes. Also studying the forum will also help you.

One of the biggest problems with peyronies is the mental anguish/anxiety it causes. Some men need temporary help with this through medication for depression and anxiety. Don't be ashamed if you need such an intervention.

Don't do manual traction as you have no idea at what tension you are pulling at. Traction through a device like the PMP or Restorex is all you should use for that. The Cialis will also help you as will VED therapy. Read the forums guidelines and don't deviate from that. Heat therapy does work for the pain and does promote healing. Can you get yourself a heating pad and try using it on low with a towel barrier?

As far as predicting how much you will heal up and if the deformities will correct themselves is impossible to say. Reducing sensitivity in the penis is probably a nerve issue and may take some time to heal up on it's own. Healing for myself with traction and VED therapy has helped me immensely! Also heat therapy has helped with the pain. I saw my improvements after about 18 months of continued use and still now use traction and VED occasionally. You need to get your mind in the position that this takes a lot of invested time and consistency. Sometimes years for an acceptable improvement. This is a marathon and not a sprint.    :)

I read this when you initially posted it. I'm sure others did as well. We aren't ignoring you, you are asking questions that are difficult to answer. Will it reverse itself, will you get strength back, etc...  we don't know. You will find support here and it seems you are already trying some good things like cialis, pentox, etc.

Yes Peyronies sucks. There is no silver bullet that works for everyone. It does involve some trial and error to see what works for you.

This was a good introductory post but is not intended for ongoing dialog. Feel free to post specific questions in the appropriate questions of the forum.
