Age? 42
What did your medical doctor conclude? I've seen 4 doctors. The first one gave me colchicine and vitamin D and told me to wait. The third one told me to wait, then when the curve was >30 asked for an eco and then told me to go to surgery. The forth one told me to try 12 weeks with a traction device and then we may start talking about injections.
How long have you had symptoms? 5 months (started dec 2023)
What are your symptoms? ~50 upwards curve
What treatments have you tried and what were the results? At the very beginning, colchicine and vitamin D. Zero results I guess
Do you have insurance or means to get medical treatment? Insurance.
Where are you in dealing with the psychological aspects of Peyronies Disease? Goes and comes... But, after founding this forum and Neoman videos, I see there is a chance to overcome this without surgery.
Are you in a relationship? I'm married. My wife finds it good for some positions..., others are impossible now. For me... I go very gentle and cautious ... afraid things could get worse.. sometime even try to avoid sex

Welcome Fray.artix to the forum. Thank you for providing some info regarding your situation. Now please condense this info and place it in your signature line as Stabler has suggested.. Also if you haven't done so please download and study our survival guide -->Survival Guide .

The first thing that I applaud you on is changing Dr's. There are not many peyronies specialist in the world as you have found out. I would say your fourth Dr with adding traction is the best one so far. I would caution you though if you are using manual traction. Several men have injured themselves with it and we don't recommend it. You need to stick with this for a lot longer than 12 weeks though. Also you did not say if you were in pain or not?

You may or may not still be in the acute stage of peyronies. This is the beginning part that can be short or long for some men. Supplements do little for peyronies but can help your body out by reducing inflammation. Lifestyle changes for better health help you out in the longer run.

Hoe are your morning erections and those throughout the day? Cialis and like minded drugs do help with reducing inflammation and promote healing. Does sexual activity cause you and pain?

The final thing with peyronies is the psychological aspect of it. Anxiety and worrying do a lot of damage to your overall health and kill any erection possibilities. You need to adopt a plan of action and stick with it for some time. Treating peyronies is compared to a marathon and not a sprint. Adopt this mindset and you will be for the better in the long run. Your 50* bend can be straightened out somewhat with regular daily traction. The 2 devices we suggest using are the PMP and the Restorex. The PMP is a more gentler device and the Restorex has more pulling forces but with the added benefit of treating different curvatures.

You are not alone here and if you search the forum you will find a great bunch of guys who have all experienced this awful disease. It is a safe place filled with the best information on the net. Study the survival guide and educate yourself first is the best medicine with this disease.  :)

Hi. Thanks both for the guidance. Just added my signature  ;)

About the pain, I would say I do not feel pain. Instead I feel something else..., I can have erections and masturbate (I do not do it any more, saving energies for sex with my wife) but the curvature feels very uncomfortable. I practice sex very carefully because I am afraid to make things worse... also if I bend my penis beyond the actual curvature it hurts a little...

Today I had an appointment with another Doctor. He gave me tadalafil and recommended traction and injections of "colagenasa" (similar to Xiaplex). I already had the traction device  ( bought last week, one similar to jes-extender), so I've bough the tadalafil pills (expensive) and will probably plan some injections soon....

It sounds like a good start. I would stay away from the Dr's recommendations for these injections. Traction therapy and tadalafil should help you out. Also I think you could get tadalafil from the HIMs online teledoctor. They can provide tadalafil and other meds at lower cost from what I hear. In the USA I use to get mine form Costco which was cheap $$.
