Restorex for double bend

I have an indent in my penis on my left side about an inch up my shaft.   When I begin to get erect it angles my penis left. When I get fully erect my penis is straitens from the side angle out but bends backwards.

My urologist said I only had a small amount of plaque near the indent and recommended RestoreX traction.

My question is, since I have two bends, which bending should I do first with RestoreX, to the right or straight down?

Thanks for any thoughts/experiences you've had.

Dr Trost recommends counter-bending in each direction except the directions of the bends. The possible exception is the upward bend - straight traction is sufficient for that. He also recommends starting with the straight stretch for at least 10 minutes and then counterbending.

In your case, I'd do 15 minutes straight followed by 15 minutes right.

Sounds like a great plan.

Thanks for your response!

So, to clarify: Since I do have an upward bend towards my stomach , that will be addressed during the 15 minutes I spend doing straight traction, followed by 15 minutes counterbending to the right because I have a hinge on my left side which makes me curve left.

Subsequent to my post I read that the  the advice was to counterbend where the bigger bend is when I'm fully erect. The bend back towards my stomach is bigger when I'm fully erect. Any thoughts on that?

Thanks again for your thoughts!

As far as I recall, counter-bending against the direction of the biggest curve was the older recommendation. Dr Trost subsequently revised that to start with a straight stretch and then bend in every direction except for the directions of the curves.

To the best of my understanding, your understanding in the previous post was correct. If you like you could do 20 minutes straight followed by 10 minutes to the right in order to direct more therapy to the larger problem area.

I'm wondering if you might have a reference for this updated recommendation by Dr. Trost, I'd really love to read that. I've been searching for updates by him, and haven't found anything, so it would really help me if you can point me at where you might have seen this newer recommendation?

Thanks so much!

I'd also like to know the relation between my side bend and my upward bend. Are the two related, or are they completely different? I can't feel plaque anywhere, but there still a structural dent or caved in portion that I can feel as I get erect on the left side of my penis.  I can't feel anything structurally caved in when I get erect and my penis starts to curve upward.

The two bends may or may not be caused by the same piece of scar tissue. You could have separate scarring at the two locations, or one big scar that wraps around your shaft.

If I understand you correctly, you have a dent while partially erect that fills up when fully erect. This is not unusual, and partially erect dents shouldn't matter as long as your erect penis is fine.

Thanks so much, I hadn't seen this whole part of the forum before. It was right under my nose, but just didn't see it.

You're correct. The bend upwards is much more problematic than the curve when I'm erect.

When I use Restorex to bend opposite the dent, I can easily get to 120 degrees. When I bend downward I can barely get to 90 degrees.  Is it possible that this lack of flexibility compared to the side bend is the result of more rigid scar tissue, or something mechanical with the Restorex device?
