Hello everyone.  I am new here, a congenital penile indentation person (not Peyronie's).  I am pretty despondent at the moment, as finally roughly 4.5 years after the fact I realize my self-injury.  Here is my story:

At 27, I used the Fastsize for roughly 800 hours over about 9 months to try and correct a minor congenital penile indentation.  This was unsupervised, although I had previously seen a urologist regarding my indentation (his advice - leave it alone.  I wish I had heeded it).  I followed their 35 hour initiation protocol but after that I stretched quite vigorously.  I was very busy in grad school and not having sex during that time so I was unaware that I was damaging my penis with the stretching.  When I started having sex again at 29, I encountered major issues with keeping a firm erection and continue to have major issues with my erections.  I never had any difficulty whatsoever two years prior to this at the age of 27.  At first I thought it was from performance anxiety but now, five years later, I realize that it was the fastsize.  My penis was working wonderfully at 27.  I am 32 now and in excellent physical shape, except my penis.  Does anyone here know of anyone who has experienced similar?

This is an excerpt from the a penis surgery website regarding how they exclude traction users from surgery.  You can google "AV AA shunt UGRS" to read this.

Patients who have used such devices have often reported that either during, or shortly after, applying them they suffered markedly impaired erections. In fact, Doppler sonography tests on them later revealed extended AA and AV shunts – in other words, bridging between blood-vessels that alter the blood-flow. Such shunts occur quite frequently and are generally congenital. However, due to long-term use of these stretching devices, which constantly compress the penile distal vessels, it would seem the shunts become distended, resulting in a permanent change in the blood-flow.

You impotence may be temporary due to the stretching with the traction device. I have seen cases where this happened and they decided to start more therapy with the VED. In most cases the VED therapy if done with patience and a mild vacuum regimen erectile function can be restored.

At your age, the one cylinder VED would possibly be your best choice since you are going for erectile function and not necessarily Peyronies Disease correction or remedy.

Suggest you consider getting the one cylinder Vitality VED from Augusta Medical and start a very mild therapy. There is a one cylinder protocol listed in the VED section of the index on the home page of the forum.

Should you decide on using this therapy, one source of this VED is:  www.diabetessupplies4less.com
Their price at the moment seems to be the best available.

Let me know if you need any further help with the VED therapy if you decide on using it.

Thanks for the input, Old Man.  Your words do give me a semblance of hope.  I was wondering where you have seen cases of this as you mentioned in your post and who you are referring to as "they" in reference to who decided to start the cases on VED.

No offense, but from my experience on unrelated but similar message boards, one needs to be cautious about advice that is offered in public forums.  The old Fastsize forums (now "big-penis.com") had a number of shills that falsely promoted the benefits of their products through their fabricated personal stories.

The "cases" I was referring to are those the I have personally worked with in my work as a counselor for the ACS in my home town. Several of my friends locally who have had prostate cancer surgery and Peyronies Disease as well work with a local uro and the ACS with patients who present symptoms of ED, Peyronies Disease and/or other male problems.

In my case, I work with my personal uro with her patients who are shy and do not want the female nurses handling their genitalia. Some guys just don't want females working with them. I am not saying that I handle their genitalia either, but do counsel them by explaining how to use the extenders, VEDs and other items used in the uro field.

I know where you are coming from about shills, spammers and others who try to disrupt good forums like this one and other fields of medical problems. On this forum, we have a "watch team" that identifies these folks and eliminate them from the forum by a moderator. Occasionally, one slips through, but is fastly gone.

I think it's still wise for everyone to be on their guard.  This is the internet - you have no idea who you're talking with.

That is obvious, we have no idea who or what you are male or female,  spammer or doctor. So maybe you are waisting your time.Maybe read old post , the locked boards about some of the elders of this forum!

No matter what my man you have to make some kimd of choice! And if you do not you still have made a choice to do nothing.

It is hard for me to trust also but really no one is making big money in this .When you log on go to more stats at the bottom of.the home page.Click and go look at the stats or maybe click at the top of the page and and see how many members stay or post, the time they have spent on line.

Brother we may be the greatest minority on earth the few and stranded.

Do not question every little thing do some research.

For those who are stretching : listen to your body. If penis is exhausted by stretching it's time to tae a break.
For many users stretching increase (temporary) the erectile function.

Loss of nocturnal erection is a warning while under a stretching regimen. The main advantage of the extender is that the device will slip if you use too much tension. You will damage your the area under the tip but not the internal parts of your penis.

Maybe you can do a blood test and see how high is you testosterone. It may be another health issue. Try L-argigine, it's cheap and can improve erection.

robertron

I've used penis traction periodically for about 10 years now, and I'm 53. I have had the opposite effect with traction. I've had bigger, and firmer erections during periods when I have regularly used penis traction. I've had some minor gain in penis length. However, the positive effect on my erections has been more significant than the effect on erect length. Apparently, there has been a greater increase in flaccid length. This might have a positive effect on my self-image. I'm fairly certain that my infrequent bouts with erectile dysfunction have been related to self-image, and not physiological problems. I don't have ED during masturbation. I only get ED in situations that lead to performance anxiety. I've always kept the traction tension to a relative minimum. I never wear the device more than a few hours without taking a break.  I'm more concerned about damage to the glans, than to the erectile tissue of the shaft. I've received blisters on the glans when I wore the device improperly.  I have noticed some impairment of sensitivity in the glans. That seems to reverse when I stay away from traction for a day, or two. I think there is impaired blood flow to the glans during traction with the device I currently use. I'm looking into buying a different device. My penis size was well above average length before I used traction. I guess that's why I've never felt the need to aggressively apply penis traction. I definitely don't want to damage my penis in the process of trying to gain an inch or two.
