Hey, dear brothers! I hope you all are doing very well.

So I want to go to a psychologist because this nasty condition is taking a toll on my mental health but I don't know how I will tell anyone about this, especially someone who is not suffering from peyronie's himself...

I feel very shameful because I brought this upon myself because I was an idiot but I try to forgive myself for it.

I also think that people will judge and ridicule me and think I'm inferior to them if they get to know about my condition... I know I'm more than a guy with a penis and should not care about those dickheads but these thoughts still haunt me.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Arthur,
You have to come to the reality that none of us did this to intentionally cause or create Peyronies Disease. You did not do this to yourself.  No different than having an accident that causes a break to your arm or foot. You didn't do it intentionally, but it happened. You deal with it, and you overcome it. Anyone who wants to make fun of it is going to have their own form of accident some day.

None of us asked for this.

Arthur:

Lwillis pretty much said it all. This was not your fault. As for your question... have you looked online for therapists that you can book a consultation with online, in your home country?

It is way easier than going in person. There are resources online, on the play/appstore but they are US based for the most part and very expensive. I found a sex therapist that i see from my home country (online) and it was way cheaper for me. It also feels like an in person consultation.

It has helped me a great deal and i fully recommended going to therapy to help deal with this if you are struggling.

Yes, I've looked up online therapists in my country but I feel that in-person sessions would be better for me because I don't have any privacy at home.

What everyone has said is spot on! I would add that if you could seek out a male therapist. He could probably identify better with you because he has a penis too. Successful therapy is built upon the bridge of trust between patient and therapist.
