Is a Penile Implant feasible for me at 21?

I believe I may have some extensive corporal fibrosis along with Peyronies.

After realizing I may have had an untreated penile fracture that was never seen by medical help .

My dick barley gets rigid with 15mg of the ole pal Cialis

I am in hell this is literal hell.

I can't handle the pain anymore. It's constant . The penis pain is a throbbing bee sting it's so uncomfortable.

I hate myself for not going to the ER when I had some symptoms of the fracture but they quickly cleared up , I did hear a popping sound .

The only way to know how your erectile function truly is, is to have a proper Erectile Dysfunction assessment, done by a sexual medicine specialist. That way you know where you stand and what treatment to pursue.

If you really had a fracture then the damage is done and you have healed up at this point. It could have definitely progressed into peyronies. But you would really benefit from seing a doctor.
Whilst the penile implant is a solution, it is considered a last resort treatment as there is no going back from it to a natural erection state. What treatments have you tried so far? VED? Erection medications?

If you haven't, those are worth a try first.

Yeah bro I've tried cialis but it doesn't help that much the erections still feel "soft ".

Haven't tried VED yet bro but the pain for 4 years has been killing me. I want the pain to go away so bad . Wonder how I can make it go away. Feels like someone kicked my dick .

Don't fractures lead to Corporal fibrosis instead of Peyronies pfract?

What did your ultrasound say ?? What was the extent of your scaring?

Why did this have to happen . My dick didn't even swell up or anything idk. I just heard a pop and lost the erection but then all the symptoms went away for some weeks.

Hey 305,

First of all, I'm sorry this happened to you at such a young age. However, for some peace of mind, you're not the only younger guy who's been here.

I'd say start by seeing a qualified urologist, one recommended on the forum. Fly to go see one if you have to- it's worth it.

If you're not getting good results with Cialis, I hate to say it but that's not a good sign. But as Pfract said, one step at a time. Implant is a last resort especially at your age. Try all the normal therapies first. VED, traction, daily Cialis would be a start. Give that some months and evaluate your progress. If that doesn't work I'd imagine you going on to injections. While that may buy some time, it's really not sustainable long term. Most here would say the same I think. So at that point, you are talking about an implant. But don't even go there yet. First try all the initial therapies and stay positive. Give it time. And definitely link up with a qualified uro to have on your side.

Thanks bro at the end of all this , you think I can get a better functioning penis back  ?

How do I stop thinking about this and feeling bad so I can be more productive ?

Just had some random online doctor prescribe me nerve medication maybe I will try that for the penile pain .

100% you can. In a worst case scenario, you could get an implant and be back to having sex in 4-6 weeks. So just remember that, it's always an option.

But again, definitely try all the other methods before you even go down the road of thinking about an implant.

Bro, I saw a comment about "semi malleable  implant " being cheaper one guy said he got his in 1993 and still has it and it works fine. That might be the bet for me. 22 years sounds nice. You really think the penis feels the same after implants?

100% would not recommend a malleable at your age. It's probably the least natural option. While the most natural is prob the AMS implant. I'm getting the coloplast titan due to my size. No one option is better for everyone it's just preference. But yes, I think with a good surgeon and implant can and will be undetectable as long as the girl doesn't grab your sack. I can tell you now I won't be telling any of my partners about it. I'll inflate discreetly. Even before an implant I wasn't a fan of a girl grabbing my nuts. If I was serious with someone I wouldn't hesitate to tell them about it though.

305made,
You need to research the malleable device online.
I thought It is mainly used by people who don't have dexterity to pump.
Do your research it's like buying a 1996 Chevy this year.
