Hey guys so I think I might be in denial about having Peyronie's disease , I'm pretty positive I have it .

But I just hope it's anything else at this point.

I keep beating up myself over the fact that I waisted 3 years to get help for these issues.

Here's some picture of my weak "soft erection" , and how it goes from this back to flaccid,

Let me know if any of you guys have any thoughts .

As far as my erection goes it seems somewhat unnatural compared to before this all started  it curves very sharply at a weird angles. I'm pretty sure it was a little bit straighter before.

I also point to the spot where I have flaccid pain.

Want intrigues me about my case is that my curvature isn't too significant , however my symptoms have been consistent and sinister over the past 4 years .

Most cases of Peyronies with significant erectile issues usually have extreme curvature .

Meanwhile me, not so much.

Maybe it's the rare 180 degree vertical angle of my erection that makes it looks less disfigured than it actually is. Because if it were pointed out like a Porn penis  I'm sure the curvature would be more noticeable.

So maybe I have a large plaque that isn't causing much curvature , but bad blood flow therefore erection issues and pain .

Idk 🤷🏼♂️

Welcome to the forum, I hope you find all the information and support that you need here.

To me, it seems like you have peyronie's. Did a doctor prescribed you pentox? If yes then what did he said about your condition?

Do you take any other treatment options for peyronie's?

Hey Arthur appreciate the reply .

I saw one Urologist who apparently specialized in Peyronies, but he was very rude and couldn't give me any answers. It's almost like he was shocked he was seeing a patient so young .

However Dr Trost probably wouldn't have been suprised.

My Uro just said that my curve isn't substantial enough to do any invasive procedures on , and that the risk would outweigh the benefits.

But then he went on to say that I'm too young to have Peyronies, and it's likely more of a hard flaccid like condition.

He said he couldn't palpate any plaques when I can easily feel them , so that really confused me.

All of the members here have been very positive and giving me support, and it's helped a lot. So I've been trying to help others as well with my advice and experience from 4 years of suffering.

I just want the pain to go away and the erections to get hard enough ,  that's all I could ever ask for.

My current regiment has been 3 months of Pentox 3 times daily prescribed by the Uro for constant pain that I've been having for ages.

I have purchased all the Anti-Oxidants from Gianni Paulises treatment . But I'm not to sure if I can take these supplements with Pentox and cialis .

If possible my  Ideal Long Term Treatment Plan would be

—————-////:-//::::::::/:::////:://///::://——————-

The Antioxidants from Gianni Paulises study + Pentox + Cialis + Heat Therapy + complete sexual abstinence and no porn .

I would think I am passed the acute phase after 4 years , but apparently pain is the hallmark of this phase still being active.

I've read replies from Dr. Trost that exclaim that that he's seen a smaller subset of patients that have a "slow smoldering pain for years" and I think he also described this as a "prolonged acute phase" yikes 😳 .

That would be frightening to think I am still in the acute phase , hopefully not.

But I don't see how sexual abstinence along with the treatment plan I proposed above could hurt.

Obviously my penis is somewhat messed up , but I do get horny still like everyone else , but it seems I have to hold out on this.

Let me know if you have any advice or ideas Arthur.

Best ,

John.

I'm sorry that your uro was an idiot... I've also had my fare share of bad and incompetent urologists...

I would say be very careful if you decide to supplement with vitamin e with Pentoxifylline (pentox) or curcumin because it can this out your blood further and cause problems.

Cialis is good if you don't suffer from low blood pressure.

Heat therapy has been showed to help some people but be very careful with it and don't use too much heat, remember more heat than necessary is not good in this condition and it can more problems.

Antioxidants are good.

Some people also benefit from fasting and keto diet and even carnivorous diet.

Lastly, find a good urologist with whom you can discuss more treatment options (I know it's easier said than done)

Good luck!

or curcumin because it can "thin" out your blood further and cause problems.

Sorry for the typo.

Our curve literally looks identical. Especially on that second pic with the two arrows. Thats pretty much exatly what mine looks like. I was also in denial for a long time. Honestly it's very easy to tell. If you did not have this shape earlier and then all of a sudden aquired it then it is Peyronies 100%. I know for a fact my penis did not curve like this in the past. I did have a congential curve but it was very slight and there was no indentation.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

Yeah bro this crap is agony mentally and physcially i just met a cool girl what am i supposed to do.

Do you have any advice for coping with this mentally.

And after looking back into my memories I remember having drunk sex and hearing a crack with slight pain, but it went away and my erection was slightly softer. This was around 4 years ago.

You would think if it was a fracture it would of swelled up like the internet says though.

im not sure if an untreated penile fracture is treated the same as peyronies

But after doing a lot of research on peyronies for months on end. I've came to the conclusion that a lot of the young men hear sonic. actually have had some type of Penile  trauma or maybe even fractures.

But the good news is that Dr. TROST says that this is actually sometimes easier to treat because the wounds or scoring or plaque whatever you wanna call it. Have a better chance of healing, or being re-absorbed into the body than that of Peyronie's disease, which typically is more dysfunctional if that makes sense.

It's not difficult to believe this. Young people do heal faster. Also, the urologist that administered Xioflex for my injections believed in starting earlier rather than later. We didn't get a near-perfect result from Xioflex, but there was some improvement that put me in the best possible condition for the plication surgery that was performed by another urologist.
