10 mg Tadalafil not working.

I took 10 mg of Tadalafil a few hours ago but it didn't helped me at all...

Should I try Avanafil or Vardenafil next or try the max dose of Tadalafil (20 mg)?

I'm not self-medicating, a urologist prescribed me the Tadalafil.

I took the med after approx 1 hour of having lunch.

Yes, it works better than taking a standalone dose. Honestly, I only start feeling the benefits after 5 days of daily 5mg tadalfil. Important to note is that I do notice over time the drug becoming less effective may be due to tolerance. So I give a break of a month and then restart , it usually works.

Can vouch for this... Initially when I was in a lot of pain and anxious when about to have sex, I would take up up to 7.5mg. 5mg in the morning and 2mg before.

Over time, as I got more comfortable, I started reducing dosage. I surf and am generally active, 7.5mg would give me a bit of heartburn when I'd do intense sports like surfing / Motocross and generally stronger heartbeats through my chest. 5mg daily is a lot and gets me quite hard and definitely ready for more than 2 rounds of sex consecutively.

These days I take 2.5mg daily. Still with pain here and there in the area of complaints, but since I started being diligent with taking it daily much better overall and can even have sex twice consecutively with my gf. Doesnt seem to be a build up of tolerance. Aiming to start taking 2.5mg every 36hours and reporting how reducing the dosage has an effect.

Before upping your dose, try building up the amount of cialis in your system. I advice starting out at 5/10mg for atleast 5 days before you decide if its effective for your or not. From someone close to your age, idk if you watch porn or not but I definitely notice a SIGNIFCANT increase in erection quality not engaging with it and just getting off with my GF for real.

hoping it works for you, arthur, it works well enough for me at a low dosage, although does little for the existing flaccid pain, that however is another concern.

You have to take ED meds on an empty stomach. If you take them after dinner, You will be ready the next morning. If you take it an hour before dinner, you will be ready in about 45 minutes and good all night. When the ED meds are working your face will be flushed(red). "when your face is red you're ready for bed"
