I used to try to avoid them touching my sack, and I guess if you want to be EXTRA sure they don't know you can do that. Honestly, even before the implant I didn't like girls grabbing my nuts lol.

To date, I haven't had to have the convo about my implant and I've had a few girls grabbing my sack. Either they couldn't tell, or they felt something weird and didn't know what it was and never asked. Either way, for me, it's much more enjoyable to just enjoy sex and if someone DOES ask, I'll just say "I had an accident when I was younger, keep going that feels great". Simple as that for me really. I think it's smart to have something prepared incase it does come up though. In my experience, some girls will want to play with you balls, and some won't. The ones who don't it's easy. The ones who do, you'll be prepared if they ask.

Now if you're in a relationship, you'll prob eventually have to say something. I haven't gotten that serious with anyone yet, but if I did, I'd just make sure they're a good and genuine person first and then tell them when I'm comfortable. I think some guys disclose it right up front, definitely not for me. I don't see the need unless you're seeing them regularly. There's a line of trust for me, especially if you're dating someone who knows your other friends. I have to know I can trust them first.

Hey guys- just updating.

That last situation lasted about 4 days before I felt the swelling in my sack go down. Basically it felt like the pump had some tissue around it making it harder to deflate. Checked with Hakky back then and he said not to worry. Morale of the story is, if you squeeze your sack too many times from multiple sex sessions in a day, your sack could get sore/inflamed. Makes logical sense. Really no different than if you kept pinching your arm.

Same girl came over again last night and WOW. Sex was absolutely amazing. Now that I have an implant and can stay hard as long as I want, I usually get off once before the girl even comes over, that way I can go as long as I want when she's here. Prob lasted 45 minutes to an hour, and I just have to say...Sex like that would 100% have not been possible with my old dick. It would have snapped in half in the first 2 minutes.

It's also interesting how much more enjoyable sex is when you don't have to even think about getting hard or staying hard. That always caused me some anxiety before when it was a new girl where I had to "prove myself". That's saying a lot too because im a confident guy.

I'll also say, pumping is a piece of cake before sex. I know a lot of guys are worried about how you'll pump up in front of a girl, I used to be worried about it too. So just reassuring you, eventually you'll be able to do it in your sleep it's so easy. My preference is to do it when I'm kissing the girl, going down on her, etc. I pre pump maybe 10 pumps when home and do the remaining 10-15 in the moment. If any of you are really concerned just pump in the bathroom 80% before sex so you're good to go. I did that my first few times.

Life is good though and still loving the implant. At this point, my only thoughts are making this last as long as possible. And hopefully they have another version out by the time I need a revision.

Chances are there won't be a new ''implant version'' in the near future, as the manufacturers go very slowly when it comes to making improvements or coming up with a substantial design revision... But you get to enjoy like you haven't done in a long time and hopefully it will last you more years than you expected it too.

Wow! Just realized last update was 3 months ago. Well, I am now about one year post op. As I mentioned in other posts, life is completely normal now and I don't even think about my dick or Peyronies. If anything, im more confident than ever knowing my dick will work 100% if the time and is completely straight without deformities.

It's incredibly easy to hide the fact you have an implant. Only way a girl would know is if they grab your sack. At this point, I honestly wouldn't care if they knew anyway-unless it was someone in my close circle of friends. Then again, I wouldn't be dating the type of girl who I thought would go run and tell everyone to begin with.

I cycle maybe 2 times a week now. Leave if inflated for an hour each time. I know some here are super concerned about maximizing size-I'm more concerned about maximizing the life of my implant.

As far as the gym, I do everything I did before. The only complaint I would have is laying prone is just awkward.

Really hoping to see some medical advancements for implants in the future and hoping this one lasts a long time.

Hey guys, updating. The purpose of this post is going to be what you could call "putting my implant to the test". Was recently on an international trip and let's just say, there was ALOT of opportunity, lots of beautiful women. Needless to say, I had a lot of sex. This was my first time using my implant multiple times a day consistently, eveyday for a week. Zero issues, and full confidence knowing I could get hard each and everytime. Under normal circumstances I absolutely would have been worried about getting hard (even pre Peyronies) due to the amount of sex and less desire after each time.

Sex was amazing and had several positive comments on my cock. Also nobody knew I had an implant. Two tried to touch my balls and I redirected their hand to my body like I usually do- no questions asked.

I have to say, I'm happier now than ever. If I was great at sex before, I feel even better now having a guaranteed rock hard erection that lasts as long as I want, regardless of the amount of times I've had sex. Just for kicks, I may try some tadalafil the next time I plan to have a lot of sex

I will also say, a year post op, I can bend my dick any which way and it doesn't freak me out like it used to. I feel like it's softened with time and feels more natural. It took the full year to notice that.

Hey everyone-

Had my one year post op with Hakky recently. I really didn't expect much from the appointment since all has been well. However, while I had him I did ask some questions and figured I'd share the knowledge here.

Asked him what things I could do to prolong my implant life. He harped a lot of the problem usually being the pump bulb or tubing (not surprising), but he did also add that hyper inflating is a bad idea. Essentially, squeezing the bulb too hard to get that last bit in can make the bulb more prone to breakdown. In the beginning during cycling I'd say this is not relevant, but more so long term.

He also talked about not doing things that are going to constantly be pushing around the tubing in your sack.

I did some measurements today just for record sake...

Length: 8.75 bone pressed
Girth: 5.5 mid shaft, 5.75-6 at base

*Measurements are WITHOUT tadalafil. I haven't measured with that as I don't take it anymore. Maybe one day I will for fun and see.

About 1.5 years post op...no changes and life is still normal. My dick is the last thing I think about and just fully immersed in life. I did actually tell the first girl ever about my implant as a test, and she was cool about it and then we continued on with a normal sex life. We broke up but only be used I wasnt feeling being in a relationship.

I cycle maybe 1-2 times a week and no changes in my dick. Same length as before and probably slightly more girth. Also straight for the first time ever.
