Actually I don't think I have hourglassing. It's an indent on the right side as described followed by narrowing and weak erection/loss of girth.

But it looks like it doesn't matter. It looks like I am completely screwed either get a stupid implant or live like this which I can't stand. I don't want to live anymore.

I guess I just need some hope that I can improve my dire situation to something more resembling how my penis used to be. I'm actually experiencing terrible anxiety right now.

I think psychological state plays a large part (larger then you think). You are clearly in a state of mental turmoil which is understandable.

I have very similar issues to you with indentation and soft glands etc. I think you will find that things will improve once you attain a calmer mental state.

This isn't your fault and you are doing all the right things to address the problem so you dont blame yourself. Make an appointment with a professional (you are fortunate you live in the US with many renowned experts) and hopefully they can give you some answers and guidance to help tackle your issue.

Your going to be alright so try and relax.

Sorry to hear about your situation, but this is the best place you could be as we're all dealing with the same thing. Just wanted to give my two cents. As you'll read here I'd start with all the natural options with little to no risk and see if it helps. As Sonic mentioned, hourglassing and instability rarely resolves on its own. I have an identical situation as you. Generally I'm straight, but after the indentation and hinge my penis isn't rigid enough. With tadalafil I can have sex CAREFULLY but it's risky. I was hopeful I'd see some improvement but that just hasn't been the case over the last year, so I'll be looking to get an implant soon. Probably not the answer you want to hear but it's reality. Only thing I'd say is, if you're married and you can get to a point where you can be hard enough with pills, VED/cock rings etc...maybe you can be content with that and just have a modified sex life. However, I think you'll also find here many guys who did that for years but ultimately ended up with an implant, and regretted not doing it sooner.

Happy to help if you have any questions

Thank you I will definitely reach out to you if needed I appreciate that. I'm kinda hit in the balls by all this honestly. I didn't realize how I have a different variation of Peyronie's that is much worse as I have terrible ED as well as it's much harder to treat.

But I was reading just yesterday your post in the improvement threads about how you were 75% better. What happened did you regress?

Thank you for this. I needed this. I truly hope the best for you.

I just talked to my wife who is my best friend and the most awesome partner and that is helping me. I'm going to apply as best I can from the treatments I learn on here and in the PE community. Safely. I need to get a VED but definitely cautiously optimistic about using it.

There you go, you are already in a better position than most by not only having a wife but also an understanding one. That is something incredibly positive. I can't guarantee what results you'll get with your treatments but what I can guarantee is that you will one day be cured of this wether that be by self treatment or the last restort option an implant. The key is to never give up. Nothing comes by just sitting and doing nothing. Keep on trying different things and if you reach a point where nothing worked an implant is always there as the last resort.

From where I was- a lot better. In the beginning I couldn't even get hard enough for sex. Not to mention, my congenital left curve got even worse. After a lot of restorex, natural daily erecfion, and tadalafil...my dick is pretty straight. Maybe straight than it was before Peyronies Disease. It's also hard enough for sex. Unfortunately, the hinge is still there, which makes sex risky. Basically as a single 37 year old guy who is used to a a great dating/sex life...I had to choose between explaining to every partner that I have to be careful with sex and I can never have the girl on top....while also risky reinjury and potential shortening/worsening long term. Orrrrr, get a titan implant which would fix all cosmetic issues and give me a rock hard straight dick with the same length. No risk of injury and no loss of length. If anything, potentially more girth than ever before. No more worrying about pills or whether or not I can get hard enough for sex. No more investing an hour a day using restorex or the mental toll of feeling inadequate sexually.

Sorry for the rant, just explaining why it was an easy decision for me. There's risk with an implant, but that risk is absolutely worth it to not have to worry about Peyronies Disease again.

Like the other person responded. Take a deep breathe, it's going to be ok man. Your life isn't just your dick- you're a lot more than that and probably have a lot more to offer. That said, look at this as a temporary state. Yes, take the time to try the natural options listed here. If it doesn't work, worst case is you get an implant- which really isn't even that bad. They're far worse conditions out there and very serious surgeries happening. Try to be thankful for what you do have. And that your situation is only related to your penis. Not to mention, it's a 100% fixable situation. We all go through this is the beginning. Just sit back and have a drink, and remind yourself this is a journey, you'll have ups and downs until you have a final resolution. You'll be alright man, we're here to support and help however we can.

Absolutely I get it. No feel free to rant on. Now let me ask you this, the implant you mention sounds awesome. No cons? It doesn't erode over time and need to be replaced? That was my main concern with them from the little that I've read here.

Thank you for the support.

They say the life span is 10-20 years. Even if I replace it every 10, that means I'll be 67 by the time I could potentially be looking at my 4th revision. It's pretty realistic to say you could have 3 revisions in a lifetime. At 67 years old, idk about you but sex will be much less of a concern than 37 years old. Not to mention, the hope is for science to have break throughs at some point. Who knows what's possible in the next 10-20 years. Also not to mention, we're never promised tomorrow so who even knows if you'll live to be 70+ lol. Right now I'm in my prime, and sex is more important than it ever will be. I have access to literally one of the best surgeons in the world. I have insurance to cover it also. All of that said- it's still an easy decision with potential revisions every 10 years.

However, I do understand not everyone is in the same place. Many here don't have access to a great surgeon. And to get that access they'd have to fly to the US and pay out of pocket. I also understand some don't have insurance or the money for those expenses. If I was in any of those situations I think I'd reconsider. Even if I was married, I might reconsider. My point is, it's the right decision for me, but I think you should evaluate what's best for you also. We are all in different situations.

Oh wow I didn't know this. I haven't read much on implants yet. I did read someone say that they would need to be replaced every 10 years or so (and maybe sooner if you have a lot of sex which I would) and then replacement can be very difficult. So that bummed me out reading that.

But yeah who knows what will be available in even the near future.

I'm going to apply the best combination that I can of Peyronie's treatments and PE techniques and see what I can do first.
