It seems like Dr David Ralph might be the go-to guy but also seen a few negative stories.

Curious if anyone recommends others?

went from a slight 30dg bend at glans to whole thing being deformed/loss of length over a year.

Just refreshing this incase anyone knows...

Seeing Dr Ralph mainly and Mike Fraser but seen Mike Fraser left someone too short and also theres some negative reviews on Dr Ralph but it doesn't seem like it has to do with IPP implant, more so grafting.

I live in the US and know almost nothing about NHS, but from what I have read on the forum over the years I would pick Dr. Ralph if I had to pick a UK surgeon.

It seems like it's heading that way to be fair and I'm sure you've seen a lot mentioned Hawk.

Filled out a registration form with him today and they've given me a date for consultation.

Will be updating my journey on the forum as this all unfolds.

I have been seeing Prof David Ralph for 5 months now while my peyronies stabilises. Currently at 55% to the left. He has recommended the nesbit procedure in a few months time. Needless to say like the rest of us I am nervous about selecting the correct surgeon. ANYONE had this procedure with him please share. By the way my symptoms are from a radical prostatectomy. Apparently 60% of men get this complication after that surgery. My first surgeon failed to mention that. Not dead from cancer at least.

STOP, do not get the Nesbit procedure!
Surgeons will never tell you, but the Nesbit procedure shortens the length of your penis and girth can also decrease.
Please tell us the reason he is suggesting the Nesbit.
Please rethink your decision to get a Nesbit.
I hope to hear back from you.

I assume you mean 55 degrees curvature. And I have never heard of anyone developing a curve due to a prostatectomy. Perhaps Dr. Ralph is familiar and comfortable with the Nesbit procedure. 55 Degrees is tough to correct with Nesbit. There are other procedures I would investigate to correct that severe of a curve. Excision and grafting is an example.

It's been a while! But wanted to update I have just been approved to have an implant. WOW, a mixed feeling of relief, excitement and some nervousness but knowing I will be able to have sex again is genuinely incredible thought lol! So many cool girls out there I have distanced myself from cause I just didn't want to go through it anymore after a few experiences.

I'm not sure if anyone will see this as it's an old post I made but this forum has been so helpful. Thank you Hawk and all admins you truly have helped so many people by hosting this site as without it I wouldn't of known where to turn.

It's not over yet of course, I have no date set but just knowing I'm on the waiting list is enough, it's coming and I will make sure to create a full diary of my experience when it comes.

Cheers all.
