Hello My Name is Jonathan Jaldin I am a doctor from Bolivia and wanted to know if there was anyone willing to try a form of meditation to alleviate the symptoms all for free.

Before claiming medical credentials and soliciting for any form of treatment (free or otherwise), it is proper forum protocol in every country to introduce yourself to the forum administration to establish your identity and get clearance for such posts.

The internet is full of free meditation sites.  Links to very good resources are provided on our Psychological Aspects board.
