Good improvements in chronic pain

Some may know me i write here sometimes i have chronic flaccid pain for 5 years

In the past 2 months i noticed good improvements and i think its time to share now. I was never for that long pain free or with minimal pain.
What i did recently:

- When urinating i always have problems to completly empty the bladder. As suggested by an urologist i pressed with 2 fingers below the balls. This is recommended and helps emptying the bladder. I STOPPED this and i believe it helped. For healthy persons its probably no problem but maybe its not good in some way if you have pain.

- Taking MSM, Magnesium, Omega 3, Vitamin C and charged up my Vitamin D Levels

- This exercise routine everyday, each exercise 2 minutes. It is in german and probably i am not translating it correctly. If you are interested i send it to you, i think its available in english too. Its a one time payment and you do the exercises at home. (Probably i have Pudendal Neuralgia or nonbacterial prostatis)

5 minutes Deep diaphragmatic breathing, lying on ur back, knees bent.
Lying Frog
Hip Spreading (sitting), knees pointing outwards
Hip Rotation
Lying Butterfly
Hip Twist (each side 1 minute)
Hip Flexor Stretch
Hamstring Stretch
Cobra Stretch
Foamrolling Thights, outter and inner, calves
Foamrolling with a ball the Piriformis and hunt for any hard or hurting point on the glutes
Pelvic Wand

---> Pelvic Wand : Yes this means inserting in the rectum. It was hard to do at first but gets easier. Sometimes it flares up pain again, i stopped it and will try it another time
Daily 30 minutes walk

During all exercises try to keep slow diaphragmatic breathing

Also strenghten my deep core muscles there are various workouts for that. One simple way is to stand on one leg and balance or buy a swiss ball and balance on it in 20 seconds sections with 2 feet in the air

I do this exercise every evening while watching a movie or netflix and its easy that way, takes about 25-30 minutes.


Hope this helps. Pain is much better and nothing before helped me in the long term. I will continue to do this and maybe it gets even better. If it stays like this i can totally live with it, 80-90% less annoying pain and a much better daily life.
Sometimes after masturbating it returns but not as much. I use a lot of lube and am gentle and try to relax the pelvic floor as much as possible during and after masturbating. Also buy an electric heat cushion.

One more edit: Slight sensations return always when using the penis is any way, also when urinating. It leads me to believe there must be some pelvic issue there, as it is contracting and probably not proper releasing. Instead of forcing, i take my time now on the toilet and try to empty the bladde by relaxing, shaking a bit. Dont forget the body is much smarter than us, it does things we dont even notice and dont know how they work. We can only try to stop learnt patterns that may lead to pain in this very complicated, all connected body of us. I noticed that any time i get an errection or am finished i tend to cross my legs. This must be some learnt pattern and i consciously stop that now whenever i notice. Dont expect improvements immediatly. I think its all this small steps added togheter that help.

I have all or most of the symptoms , weaker errections, some deformity, and pain. And flaccid chronic pain is by far the worst thing out of these three. Stopping this is the most imporatnt step (for me) and i think it can help with the other aspects too. Recently i had a very strong and big errection, like not in a long time. Penis looked also more straight and also does flaccid now. Dent seems smaller. Amazing

Wow I'm excited to hear of these improvements! That's huge! I definitely will try this.

 I am going to another pelvic floor therapist on Monday fingers crossed that this will work. It is recommended by the medical college and part of it. It is my final step before proceeding with dr. Eid appointments just for my own peace of mind. I've tried it once but I wanna try again now that emotionally I'm more able to handle the situation than prior.

One major factor for me that idk what will stop this is my dick gets hooked under my leg while sleeping sometimes and it feels like it has a ton of pressure on it when it's like that. It can also happen while driving. It makes me afraid to move my leg becuase of how much tension it is under with little way to escape my much heavier thigh. So that's always a deal that idk why would solve that lmao. But I'm excited to look more into this breathing and relaxation/meditation hopefully it works for me too that would be lit. Anyways thanks for the message to check this out!

I´m happy for you man, I read many of your topics and It looked like neverending story and this gave me little hope, I´m nearly your age with similar issues with pain, I had ED issues for 2 years probably from some mild injury I remember my dick hurted once for a few days after and I developed very little curve to the left but I didn´t know anything about Peyronies, venous leak or pudendal neuralgia so I didn´t care and tought its normal I always battled with performance anxiety so it happened always with new girls so I just tought my ED is from anxiety or pills and I never had pain, but over time I started having more issues with erections even when jerking off alone so I tried some generic viagra I took half of the pill and I was able to have sex for few hours during whole night, but again no pain, just little sore, I was happy it works atleast on pills, I went to urologist and told him and he gave me pills, I wanted to try them first so I popped one and jerked off two times, next day I woke up with pain, on the dorsal side of the penis, it feels like there is little indent or cut or whatever you want to call it, he did ultrasound and couldn´t find anything just little bloodcloth in one dorsal vein, since then I have flaccid pain every day, it is almost 4 weeks, my erections aren´t good even on pills, I tried to jerk off few times but it hurts, morning woods are weak and I can literally touch the spot and feel where the pain is coming from and its where the dorsal nerve is located so I believe I injured it somehow, I´m waiting for MRI results and I´m devastated I can´t believe you survived this for so many years, I´m already on the edge and it wasn´t even month, I will stop touching it and let it rest and hope it heals, but I don´t think my erections will get better at this point it goes away seconds after stopping stimulation, so I just hope pain goes away so I can get implant, also I believe I developed something called hard flaccid I don´t even know if its real condition but my flaccid penis is hard and I can´t stretch it looks like its constantly shrinken in flaccid, but I can reach my full size during erection. So I really don´t know at this point what to expect, I´m just depressed and waiting.

taylor before you think of any surgery try a lot of pelvic relaxation exercises first. I believe at guys younger age wrong pelvic tension is probably more a factor than real serious damage to the penis, especially if you cant remember a very hard injury in the past.

I also want to mention i take beta carotene supplements, maybe it helps too.

Hey bro I appreciate all of your informative posts. I recently joined the form and I have very similar symptoms as you.

Please check out my introduction post to this forum and let me know what you think. I was wondering do you lose your erection when standing up ? I usually can get hard with stimulation while laying down however when I stand up I lose the erection very quickly.

I've read that this could be indicative of a venous leak.

I'm gonna try out the exercises out for pain. Hopefully they can help me with the constant flaccid pain.

Also is your pain in the area of the bending or is it all over and hard to pinpoint?

Hi 305made i read your post and it really sounds very similar to mine. I also started pretty late into it (2 years in) to take an effort to see what i can do about it other than waiting and hoping.
Message me if youre interested in the course. I dont want to write the name here to link the Course to this forum, maybe the owners would not like it not sure.
You can start right now with 2 x 5 minutes deep belly breathing daily while laying on your back knees bent.
Dont expect fast results, but daily discipline can work wonders. Your deep core muscles get better activated, better core support during sitting and activity (lower pressure on the spine and nerves) and also it relaxes the pelvic floor muscles.

What you could try aswell is Pregabalin (Lyrica) or Gabapentin it is said to help with chronic nerve pain. Did not work for me, but for some it does.
