Best surgeons in UK or New Zealand?

In short, I am from the United Kingdom but have dual citizenship with New Zealand. Also as I have a New Zealand passport I can live in Australia so potentially Australia too? Not sure...

I mention this as I believe these countries all provide free healthcare, I know UK has the NHS which is mostly free (although I still have to pay for urologist appointments so there are some exceptions) I am wondering if anyone knows or has seen experience in people getting reliable free implants?

I've seen Dr. David Ralph mentioned here somewhere in the United Kingdom and that he potentially has done some for free on the NHS free healthcare but you can see him sooner by paying for private (and think I saw he does a better job when paying?)

My plan in life was to go live in Mexico soon also as I am currently travelling making my way there, if there is any very good specialist surgeons there I would also be interested to know (even though I'd be expected to pay) or anywhere near in South America.

If there is ANYWHERE in the in the world that might make sense I am also happy flying to anywhere in the world for this procedure as long as they are TOP surgeons and specialise in peyronies/implants.
