Had sex last night

In light of my evening yesterday and peyronies I thought I'd make a post.

So one of my previous posts were about being worried/scared about sex with new partners etc due to my peyronies.

Last night things were progressing with this girl, then I had to tell her I fractured my pp (peyronies) etc and I can attempt to have sex but not sure how it will go, she was cool about it all and we had a good time BUT when it came to actual PIV I couldn't really do it. It was a shame to me and a let down in a way as I used to be able to have great sex. Looks like it isn't the case anymore.

I had cialis and stuff, my penis was somewhat hard and was able to do other things but actual PIV wasn't possible.

I guess it kind of pushes me further towards the implant route now.

I don't even know who to speak to about all this and get examined as I'm travelling right now, do I stop travelling and go back to the United Kingdom and put a pause on my living my last year in my twenties due to my penis not working? Doesn't sound good to me.

Anyways, rant over, this is like a diary journal here so I can come back to one day when hopefully things are better and document how it got better.

I still had a good night and want to keep meeting great women and having fun but I got to figure something out.

What exactly was the problem with PIV?  Were you not hard enough, or was the bend causing issues/pain?

Shame to hear this. As nemo said could go into detail what the problem was? I suspect not being hard enough.

As a side note I masturbated just now. I'm 3 years into having the disease. I notice my curve at the shaft has straightened quite a bit with time but my glans is now even curving more to the right. I do not know how this is even possible for the disease to progress at this point as I have not had penetrative sex for 2 years plus and never really had another episode where my penis has hurt.

So yeah it is quite a nasty disease and for some men it seems worse than for others. I want to give you credit for taking this step and being brave enough with the sex. I am a long long way off from being able to even be close to attempt it so again, cred to you for taking that step.

Have you tried 50 or 100 mg of Viagra before sex?

I guess my issue was I couldn't stay hard enough and the angle of it. I've mentioned before on the forum but my penis is almost facing downwards now when "erect",  no idea what's happened here but guessing something to do with VED. My penis has changed a lot it just feels overall broken at this point. Kind of normal width/erect from the base up but then there's a point where the damage happened/plaque/scar whatever and lets say you have your thumb and index finger in the OK sign and your moving it up a pole then when you get to the plaque area the pole shrinks 40%+ but still feels hard. Very strange. Haven't seen much photos like this online either so bit concerning.

Also I should mention I haven't been actively taking cialis + using VED before this. When I knew I was going to hook up with this lady friend I took cialis so maybe that was my issue really, not much preparation before all this. I also have had a very eventful week going out doing things a lot both day and night so was tired. I'm just thinking of all options here.

Does make me think getting an implant would just be the shortcut to all this stuff in between my current situation and being better. I wish I could just email a dr and be put on the waiting list so I know what's upcoming. Or if I was rich and could just fly over to Hakky/Eid and throw them the cash and boom back in business lol. Such a tricky situation. Good thing about broken arm is you know how to fix it instantly.

I can have a partner give me a 5 finger shuffle / oral but it's not really how I'm trying to be the rest of my life - which I hope I have a lot ahead of me.

Thanks for the kind words also Sonic, it definitely was a nervous one especially talking about it because it's like I want to please this woman or any woman in the future like I know I can but I'm disabled downstairs currently. We can fulfill a woman with our hands/mouth which is great but for me I want that PIV part too so yes implant probably on my horizon.

I'm going to continue dating and just have to get used to this way of life.

I haven't tried viagra and I guess if I had been taken more Cialis leading up to this maybe it would of gone different.

Whatever is on the horizon for you, you will without a doubt make it out on the good side. You have a great mentality and that will help you greatly during this tough time.

If there comes another point where you kinda know you will have sex, please try 50-100mg of Viagra, just get the generic version Sildenafil it is 3 times cheaper I have it and it's the same exact thing, medical term for Viagra is Sildenafil you just pay 3x the amount for the brand name Viagra...

I think it could help you for now with the penetrative part until you get an implant or whatever lies ahead down the road. Sildenafil usually helps greatly with becoming a lot firmer during the time it's in your system. Even with the downard angle surely there has to be at least one position that can work? Usually 1 hour after consuming it your erections should definitely be a lot easier to achieve when aroused + much harder.

Really appreciate it. It's hard and I'm not really speaking to anyone about it, I even tried with my brother but it was just awkward and didn't seem like something I should carry on with unfortunately but it is what it is. I been looking into therapy though, think it'll be wise.

Good to know re viagra, I had fun the other night so it's something I want to keep exploring I guess I just got to be regular with the VED and cialis, hope for a better next time, I have no idea at this point lol!

Yeah I thought the same about the downward angle, surely there had to be a position that'd work, until it came down to it but now that I think about it maybe I just wasn't hard enough. Think I'll try get the Sildenafil and take one to test it out.
