A J of Sex Med. article (Jul. 2012) suggest a correlation with Varicocele and ED.
Also suggested is lower association with varicocelectomy. I will be talking to
Goldstein in a month who I believe was editor at the time. As I have Varicocele;
I am wondering if anyone has any Info. or experience with this. In a related
concern; decades ago a friend considered a vasectomy. One of the risk I recall that
he mentioned was if the wrong cord was sniped; an orgasm was not possible. If true; is
there something inside, that if interfered with, could cause serious complications ?
You here of some men with implants having difficulty with orgasm. Is there a risk
to be understood ?

Peyronies Disease with 35 degree curve. ED; Viagra 100 becoming unreliable. Uncomfortable with needles.
Chronic Prostatitis going back decades. Hydrocele. Varicocele. Considering implant.

I was wondering about this as well. I was diagnosed with 2 small bilateral varioceles and a epididymal cyst.

I don't know if they're causing my Peyronies like symptoms or what ?

Can varioceles cause cause constant penis pain for a year ?

How was you Peyronies diagnosed ?
Untreated Penis Fracture in 2018 or 2019
Soft Erections Unusable for Sex + Soft glans
22 YO constant flaccid & erect pain for 4 Yrs
Issues with frequent Urination + emptying bladder
Upper left curve \ hard area on penis where trauma took place

305,

Pardon for not getting back to you sooner. I am not a doctor or health care professional; my knowledge is limited, I am not aware of a connection between varicocele and Peyronies Disease. One study
I found online suggested a link to ED. As I understand it; a Urologist can test for
blood flow with an ultrasound. If blood flow is an issue; varicocele may be a contributing
factor for ED. I have no pain with varicocele. My Peyronies Disease is the result of an injury many
years ago. It's looking like an implant is going to be the solution.

Sorry to hear about your difficulty. Good luck.
