Ace bandage after traction

I have been noticing that I turtle everytime I do traction with just 200grams of weight. I also turtle with the soma correct ved The only way to get rid of the traction is using heat pad but I can't use that all day because of work. The penis enlargement community says I need a sleeve or ace bandage wrapped around the penis after physical therapy to prevent turtling. Is turtling all that bad? I am not trying to enlarge my penis just fix this F^@$!ng deformity.

Heat definitely helps me with that. I apply heat after VED in the form of hot shower, and after traction with about 30 minutes of a microwave wheat bag heat pack thing.

Turtling isn't bad AFAK, its just uncomfortable and your bodies reaction. Ironically I found the more I thought about it, the worse it got.
