Penile Fracture Repair Surgery After 2 Years

Hello, MF here from Indonesia.

I fractured my penis 2 years ago, the cause was manipulation to erect penis. I was trying to do penile enlargement exercise, jelqing when erect ( I dont know how I was so stupid ), no pop sound but I can feel it pop, bruising on the left side and swollen penis. At that time I did not know it was a penile fracture, I did not go to doctor.

After 2 weeks the bruising gone, my erection was normal that time, I continue mansturbating as usual and having sex. After the injury I noticed that I was not as sensitive pre injury, it took longer for me to ejaculate/orgasm. But I took this positively, since I can go hard for 30 minutes (usually only 10-15 mins max) was amazing sex.

I was having amazing sex until 6 months ago I started having ED symptomps, and I started to notice that my penis loss some size. I am not big, just average 13.5 cm in length ( around 5 inches ), I never measure my girth but it is average.

At first I use sildenafil for sex, it was amazing, I can go hard for 1 hour non stop, until it lose its effectiveness in 2 months. The ED got worse, I noticed i lost 1 cm in length and major girth loss, it is thinner now. It was very hard for me to get erection, even though 5/10 of the attempt to have sex was able to penetrate, but the erection quality is not good.

I went to see urologist in January,at that time I know that 2 years ago I had penile fracture, the doctor told me to have MRI.
The MRI result shown that I have 2 mm thick and 1 cm long tunica defect  ( scar tissue on the tunica ). And it is also stated that " surrounded fibrouse tissue thickening, slight hipotense". The doctor told me that he can suture my penis and hopefully improving EQ.

I was operated at early february, the dr only suture the scar on my right tunica, it was not that big, like a scratch scar. in the next morning I have morning wood, but I noticed that it was shorter than before pre op, 1.5 cm shorter. From 13.5 cm pre injury to only 11 cm now. I can always have sex with cialis, with no cialis sometimes cant get it up. After 3 months I also loss major girth, even though I never measure it but I know definitely it is thinner now. The dr never told me that it will be shorter, from what I've read in the journals, most of guys going under penile fracture repair dont have shortening ( well, in my case it is 2 years after, so maybe different with people who get surgery right after the injury ).

My question is :

1. Will restorex and VED work for my case  to restore size ? And how to purchase restorex if it is not available in my country ?

2. Is it possible that an injury from penile fracture keep getting worse even years after injury ? ( I was still normal for a year after the injury ).

3. Will penile implant restore the size ? With method like TEP ? I am considering to get the implant if it can restore the size. It is frustating since I am an average guy, few cms loss is a huge loss for me.
