Hello guys, dealing with a problem i haven't seen mentioned here before so i need a little help.

I sadly had penile fracture few years ago which developed into serious peyronies with curve, size loss, etc. That i believe all can be, more or less fixed with various techniques of which i will probably have to do penile implant or similar surgery. That is all well documented on this forum and i know what to expect.

But, as my injury is mostly centered around perineum, during injury i somehow managed to rupture the muscle that holds the penis there - bulbocavernosus muscle, if that's his name, and injure what i believe are surrounding tendons. What i mean by that the muscle that used to be on the base of my penis is now detached and "not there".
The result is that my penis now isn't connected to my pelvic bones well, it hangs loose, is turned to one side, is mostly in shriveled state and i have premature ejaculation every time that i use it, have to push out the urine and sperm by hand after finishing, sperm is not shoot out, but dribbles after weak orgasm and so on. That all isn't weird as that is the muscle that i injured literally holds the penis in place and controls his movement.

Now, as i said, my penile deformities will probably get fixed by surgery, but what can be done about muscle? Can it too be solved by surgery of some kind. If it's ruptured, can it somehow be fixed? And will the surgery fix all those mentioned problems?

I can see no mention of similar problems on the internet, but i once saw a surgery done by andrew kramer on youtube in which he put something like plastic sphincter on the base of penis which i guess served similar purpose to what i need.

Anyways, does anyone have any clue what can be done about penile muscle and tendon injuries. Only reputable uro that lives nerby is in another country so i hope you can provide me some info about fixing my problem. I will definetly have to visit my urologist in due time, but until i do i wanted to know what do you guys think?

Hey Kelis:

Given all that you describe, the best thing you can do is try to find a sexual medicine specialist that you can work with and that can start by making a full diagnosis of your condition. You know that you are already suffering from ED, but to what extent? Have you tried medication to help out with ED? How bad was your fracture? If the curve isn't too severe and the size loss wasn't great, you may still attempt to have sex with the help of pills and/or a constriction ring to achieve successful penetration.

If you are not comfortable with those or you don't wish to proceed down this route then you may be suited for a Penile implant sooner rather than later.

But that requires a lot of research and depends on a lot of factors on your end too. So tell us more about your plans and what do you want to do in the future about your condition. (an implant would solve the problem with the muscle you describe, by the way..)

Good evening and sorry for the dare. I tried to send you a PM but unfortunately your PM is full. I would like if you would like to have a personal discussion about the fracture case that he recently underwent surgery within 24 hours. I'm not ready to discuss it publicly yet because it's too recent. I will definitely do so in the future. Thank you very much... and I look forward to hearing from you
