Does there exist any other cylinders for the SOMACorrect other than the XL?

The small cylinder is just a smidge too small, the medium is too big. Something in between I feel would be literally perfect.

Any help appreciated on this one.

I don't believe they offer any other sizes. That doesn't mean you couldn't get in touch with them and ask. If they made you a custom size I'm sure it would cost $$$$.

Oh I'm sure. Shame - I feel like an inbetween A/B cylinder would be perfect.

Did anyone ever grow into cylinder B?

A is simply too small, but B feels just a smidge too big... only the bottom third of my penis and the glans actually fill it.

I've recently upped my VED to twice daily, higher pressure (full erection rather than partial) and longer hold times so I'm hoping I might fill it out over time.

I did, sort of !

I was always worried about A. Yes, i could get in flaccid, but felt that it was too constrictive once I began pumping.

I quickly moved to B, and slowly over a long period , increased pumping until i achieved the equivalent of an erection.

I have an upward bend below the glands, and over the course of 18 months continuous pumping, the gap between that bend and the tube continued to reduce, to the point where now, I can pack the B cylinder all the way round with no gaps, therefore a completely straight "erection".

During the course of the 20 minute session, I have sometimes become slightly aroused, which in turn, has made me fill the tube much more easily and quickly.

Now, I feel, that when I become aroused, my penis is generally more straight until I reach close to full erection. Its then it starts to bend

I am at the stage where I am not sure if I may need to start using the C cylinder once in a while. My main worry is, that when I have used the C in the past, it allows the penis to bend whilst erect, and in turn, my be undoing the progress I feel I have made.

Over the last 18 months of VED, I believe I have gone from approximately 40 degrees of bend to about 30 degrees, but getting an accurate measurement can prove a little tricky !
Peyronie Symptoms since 2016

Hey there mate. There is a device available to order online called ''The Peyronies Assessment device''

This will give you pretty much a 100% accurate degree of bend.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.
