I done something real stupid not even thinking straight, I was experiencing pain on the left side of my penis shat and it appeared to be curving more than usual to the right. I went to two urologists, multiple doctors and hospital visits and they were very vague and never really helped, doing a physical examination which lasted 5/10 seconds top, no tests or anything despite me asking desperately!. So I went online to seek help and was (I guess) wrongly informed I could have peyronies and how one guy used an electric toothbrush to remedy it, Honestly I didn't think how that could be damaging at all (Stupid I know) I went to bathroom to pee at one point and see the electric toohbrush sitting there, I thought what the hell, if it works it works, it doesn't it doesn't no harm done! Picked it up and whilst flaccid use it against a bump on my penis shaft which I thought was peyronies. Held the back end of the brushes head there for around 2 mins and took it off, felt a little uncomfortable during but right after I felt intense pain. I couldn't even get an erection at all for weeks, one time during the night I felt myself get a little hard but burning at the bottom of my shaft, I lifted it up ever so slightly to point upwards and it felt like something literally tore and died inside me. I told my wifey on why and what I did and she has been really supportive and said I was just trying to help myself after months and months of trying to seek help medically and being dismissed. Please it has been month and if I do get a slight glimmer of an erection, it's very weak and shrunken down, fading fast. Seriously to me and my wifey, it doesn't make sense on how that could cause so much harm, it really doesn't. It wasn't for long at all, please tell me this is permanent. I hate myself so much already. This happened January, 23ish? I've tried seeking help more and more from urologists and they won't take me seriously. My GP is fully convinced I'm making it all up and 'nothing is the matter' (No tests, scans nada of the sort has been done on me), his been saying the same thing for months and tried giving me anti-depressants because it's upset me how no one would ever take me seriously from the start when I complained about pain. I've still, still been trying to seek help, urologist I seen said he's not too sure but needs to run some tests, I told him how I'm having severe ED and really need help. He gave me some cream to put down urethra to induce a erection in February, I told him it didn't work and he said he'll see me again in ..July?! meanwhile I'm pretty much dead down there and in pain. Not healthy at all to be left like this as I'm already getting severe shrinkage. What on earth do I do, I've just recently turned 26.. this is a living nightmare. I asked for simple help and diagnoses in beginning for this issue from doctors to urologists and nothing was even done to help / identify my issue. Please any advice?

You need to calm down. Unless you made a wound in your penis, which sounds like you did not by what you wrote there's nothing to worry about. It is most certainly psychological ED.

Try getting a prescription for cialis or viagra, relax.... take a pill and try intimacy with your partner and tell us how that went.

I've tried brother, I promise. Highest dose of cialis. None of it works. It sounds crazy to me but it's exactly what happened. I'm scared I've got permanent atrophy too. It's been 3 months. I'm only 26 recently.. I just want to be back to normal with my life back. I no longer have night erection or erections throughout the day. I can feel something wrong in my groin and pain that runs up the left side of of my penis. It burns, aches and everything. It feels so unfair that this would happen like this. My Wifey is super supportive and I truly love her so much but she agrees there's something up as it all happened after this
