Trouble maintaining erection

I am currently taking 5mg of Cialis daily and I don't seem to have trouble getting an erections but annoyingly I have trouble maintaining it even if I am being stimulated and enjoying sex.

I was therefore wondering if anyone else has a similar problem or wether something like this might be more a mental problem which I need to try and overcome?

So basically you do not have any pain/deformities with your penis? You are just having ED problems and are taking Cialis? Have you been to a urologist for this or just a regular DR? You should be evaluated with a urologist preferably.

Erection problems can be caused from numerous avenues. They can be from an actual physical problem in your body or a mental problem such as anxiety. You say that Cialis does give you an erection but you seem to loose it when actually having sex? I'll ask you if when you masturbate does this also happen? Does this happen only with a partner? You say this happens even when you are enjoying it.
Do you have any fear/anxiety during this time?  Anxiety can completely affect an erection quicker than anything. The fight or flight syndrome releases some of our most powerful chemicals in our bodies that will soften any sexual scene.
