I am currently using the Soma 3 cylinder VED. I am using it according to the Oldman Guide on this forum. I am trying to correct hourglassing and a slight curve. Does anyone feel like the SOMA pulls to much blood to the head of the penis and not the shaft?

The head gets fully engorged and purple looking I feel like that is where the most stretch is happening not the shaft where the hourglassing is.

Anyways does anyone know of a VED where the vacuum is focused around the shaft only and not the head of the penis? I am wondering if this would be a better device to use.

I feel like a small cylinder with silicon sleeves on each end to hold vacuum on at the base of the penis and one just under the glands. Then apply a small vacuum force to the shaft where everyone is experiencing these deformities would make more sense than putting all this pressure on the glands.

Idk just something I noticed using the Soma correct. I feel like it does not fully engorge the shaft as much as pull all the blood to the glands.

My head fills the SOMA and gets very uncomfortable before any kind of meaningful vaccum is applied to my shaft. I have purchased some silicone glans covers but not used them yet. I'm hoping to this/next week so I will report back.

I don't have big glands so it doesn't fill it but I feel like all the blood goes to the head and not so much the shaft

I believe that the negative pressure inside of the cylinder is applied evenly all over your penis. It is just that the path of least resistance is your glans at the end. This "pulling force" does fill your glans first therefore it does engorge it somewhat before your shaft does. Inside of the cylinder there is  an equal amount force everywhere. Unless your glans is actually so large that it is touching the top/sides of the cylinder?

I wonder if there's some kind of small, rigid straw or tube the could be augmented with very small holes.

The tube could be attached to the inside of the VED chamber, and allow trapped air to escape up it. I personally struggle with my glans/head trapping air underneath, meaning my problem area doesn't get the full benefit of being expanded because of course, the air tends to gather there.
