Priapism/ hard flaccid or corporal fibrosis

I had priapism one episode a month ago...unfortunately I already had bad anxiety. My penis shrunk for two weeks, I keep calling doctor what to expect he said he does know...it just gave me more anxiety. I have normal erection now...it works. I have hard flaccid alot...not sure if I have fibrosis or hard flacid ...seems to be soft laying or sitting,  mild pain standing. I've been going to hyperbaric therapy on and off as my work schedule is hard. It's been a month and 6 days...its hard when flaccid, sometimes it's normal. It's almost as the nerves that control it are not working...as sometimes it will be soft during erection process then get hard mid erection. Then remain hard as erection subside even in flaccid state...sometimes though be soft. I'll still get a normal seems like full erection l. I do notice that pelvic floor seems sore...I'm only 32, do I need to just give it time...is there anything else I should be doing? Doctor only said avoid activity for two weeks, everytime I call he just tells me idk. Is this hard flaccid...it does fit alot of symptoms.

What doctor?  If it was a family medicine/general practitioner, his opinion is about as valid as asking your mechanic.  Even a urologist who treats women's UTI's, and kidney stones would not be much better.

You need a specialist who has a practice focused on men's health, sexual dysfunction, or Peyronies Disease.
