So here it goes... I have not seen a doc about this, was just doing reading online and stumbled across this page. Figured I would shoot this out to a bunch of fellas who may be able to give some insight. Recently I have noticed a small hard lump on the top middle of my shaft, can only really feel it when I'm erect, over time i have noticed it kinda got a bit bigger and changed shape. Also I have been getting pain in my shaft and penis head. This is as far as I can remember always when i'm flaccid.
I am a testicle cancer survivor (hence the name hehe) so it is concerning it could be cancer, but have not looked into that yet, I will be bringing it up to my specialist very soon though. I just wanted to maybe get some info from this board... did any of you initially have this same symptom?
Any info would be appreciated.

Welcome Grantmu to the forum. The first thing you need to do is to fill in your signature line so all can understand your case without repeating the same basic questions and answers. --> Signature Line . The next thing to do is to read our survival guide --> Survival Guide .
Pemile does need to be investigated and if at all possible by a peronies specialist. In the survival guide you will get a better understanding of what peyronies is and how it can affect everyone a litle differently. If you can get a Dr to perform an ultrasound you may have a better diagnosis as to what is going on. It is great that you are a cancer survivor!

I would also ask if you have had your testosterone levels checked? Low T can be a contributing factor to a lot of penis issues including peyronies. Any internal nodules/deformities and pain needs an evaluation. How are your erections? Are you currently sexually active and frequency? If you are in any pain I would limit your sexual practices for a while until a Dr's visit. If it is peyronies then you need to educate yourself on traction therapy and VED therapy. These two treatments can help prevent loss length and girth and help with some deformities. There is also Cialis that has helped a lot with reducing inflammation and providing strong erections.

Study the forum and educate yourself and you will learn way more than a lot of the Dr's out there. Also get a mindset about peyronies that this journey is a marathon and not a sprint - you probably already know this one being a testicle cancer survivor.
