Scared and new to this

54 years old, married.

Although there were signs over the past month or so, my wife noticed the upward curving over the past six months.  She "diagnosed" me this weekend, and I have been stressed and scared over the weekend.

Intercourse is still somewhat normal, but initial entry can be a "sports event mixed with physics."  And she noticed the length was diminished by the upward curvature.

Open to any advice, and on a practical matter, looking for the best Dr and practice in the NYC/Manhattan area.
