When i stand up from sitting long and do a 30 minutes walk this usually does something to my chronic pain.
Either it gets better when there was pain or it gets worse.

I can imageine that more blood flow would make it better, but why is it sometimes worse?
Consider Pelvic floor or hip muscles?

Also i probably dont have classical Peyronies Disease.

@admin Can we create a Pelvic Floor / CPPS Board here? I think it may be connected for some members.

Thanks for the suggestion Orriw.  We try to keep the number of boards manageable because we get lots of complaints that the forum is so vast the members get lost and don't know where to post or where to find posts.

It is something we can consider, however, and I'm interested in input from others and what they think. I can see the value since it is a subject that comes up repeatedly.

I guess one consideration is, do we really need a board or would it suffice to just have a topic entitled pelvic floor issues that could just have a running discussion on that subject?

I believe that this should be included somewhere here in this forum either a running discussion or just another board. I deal with CPPS and have had to use physical therapy and stretches/strengthening to keep my symptoms at bay. The problem is that our pelvic muscles are involved so intricately in everything that goes on down there. They can be too tight or just the opposite. Once a clear diagnosis is made then you can move on to healing it. Part of my ED problems were a weak pelvic floor. Then I went to the extreme and over tightened them and ended up with prostate pain. I believe a lot of men need to be aware of this when they are searching for answers to their health.
