Hi, I hope someone can help. I have had peryronies for a little over one year now.
I initially had pain in my penis with peeing and with erections which subsided after a few weeks.
I was on Tamoxifen and Tadalafil and the Tamoxifen was stopped when the pain stopped.
I had about 45 degrees dorsal curvature 1/2 from the end of my penis which hasn't changed.

My question is, does anyone have longer term pain centered around their perineum? I have had what can best be described as a dull ache on and off for a few months now and wonder if it is still the Peyronies. I had a PSA check just in case and this was very low so not too concerned about prostrate cancer.
58 Yr old, married.
Peyronies, 45% upwards bend 1/3 from end
Pain went after 1.5 Wks.
On Tamoxifen and Tadalafil, using VED and manual traction.
