Is anyone able to straighten their penile bend manually to achieve a straight erection?

You need to be a little more detailed in your question. Do you mean when you get an erection is the bend straightened out from traction therapy? Or if you actually pull on your penis does the bend disappear ? etc....

With the hands -- re-shaping the bend to make it straight. Does that work or anyone?

That will probably not permanently straighten out your penis. It is through traction therapy with either Restorex/PMP that you can achieve some good results. Hand stretching is dangerous and you have no gauge as to what force you are pulling with.
