Progressive Provider Recommendation -TN

I met with a local urologist and showed showed him pictures of my curve. He agreed what I showed appeared to be Peyronies Disease and subsequently prescribed I take Vitamin E and come back to see him in 3 months. My requests to start Tadalafil and traction were shut down when discussing studies at Mayo, etc. I would also note he was very focused on giving Xiaflex eventually so it appears this is his only interest.

Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for Urology providers in middle TN (willing to drive to Chattanooga as well), Southern KY, or North AL that may take a more aggressive approach to treating in the acute phase?

I appreciate any input.
