I went my whole life up until age 37 with a high libido and no penis problems. After covid and some experimentation with peptides my libido dropped and I developed Peyronies Disease. Penis usually short shriveled and lifeless. Low blood flow. I have a question about sex. Is it a good idea to have sex but no orgasm in order to boost libido and hopefully get more blood flowing to the penis?
I am also making lifestyle changes, and taking cialis to get more blood flow to the penis.

I doubt you have "low blood flow". And low libido can be caused by other factors. Stress is a big one, mental state, or a recent change of medications.

When I first went on blood pressure medication years ago, this impacted my libido. Fortunately, my doctor worked with me on different meds that would still do the job and not impact libido so much.

My Lifeless penis started late 2021 all through 2022. I didn't get on a blood pressure med until 2023. Its lisinopril out of all the bp meds is suppose to have the smallest chance to cause Erectile Dysfunction.

I think my Erectile Dysfunction is a combination of Low T, Stress and this recent discovery of Peyronies Disease.

Do you think not having an Orgasm during sex to boost T levels is a good Idea for Peyronies Disease?

I don't think avoiding orgasms will make any long-term impact on T levels.

What are your T levels?  Do you "think" they are an issue because you know they are low, or are you just guessing?

You need your "Free Testosterone " levels checked. I would also suggest your E2 (estradiol) levels checked for a man  := Labcorp Extra Sensitive Estradiol LC/MS/MS test. Total T will not give you a clear picture of what is going on. Also have some iron studies performed as all of these can affect your libido and erection problems.

Your T levels from 450 to 250 is an indicator that something is malfunctioning. That was your total T test and it is really useless in the scope of testosterone. You need your free testosterone checked and I would also recommend the extra sensitive estradiol test for a man,(E2). If your estrogen levels are high it can mess up everything without going into a lot of details. If you are overweight this causes more of the enzyme called aromatase to convert your testosterone into estrogen. This cycle won't be broken unless you loose weight or are put on an aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex. You also didn't say what peptides you were taking.

You should see an Endocrinologist after your experimentation with peptides. Be honest with your doctor.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.
