Penis erect but less mobile, would traction help?

Hi!

My penis seems less mobile than before; my erections face straight up towards the sky/my stomach now as opposed to more horizontally. I worry this will make sex difficult and I want to regain mobility. Would a traction device help me, or are those more geared toward the penis curve?

My penis does seem to curve upwards more than it used to, but I am more concerned about its inability to be horizontal without applying force.

Has anyone else dealt with this/have any advice?

curving when flaccid, slightly curved when erect, sometimes hourglassing when semi-erect, seems to be one plaque developing, pain when flaccid but not always, no pain when erect
Cialis, Coq10, and arginine daily

Before Peyronies Disease I drooped about 40 degrees with no problem raising it for sex. My angle now is 90 degrees to my torso but it won't angle down much. Opinions vary regarding traction and various devices, but fixing the stiffness that causes the rigidity usually requires injections, or surgery to remove it.

What causes this stiffness? Since traction can help with curving, I'm curious why this stiffness is different.

I seemingly have one small plaque developing on the center but mostly left side of my penis. Really trying to avoid injections if I can, hoping

Hi
I feel the same problem as you since my surgery 3 months ago, my penis in erection sticks to my belly and is no longer perpendicular to my body like before the surgery

I have a very hard plate at the left dorsal base of my penis

From what I understand, you can get some straightening through RestoreX by bending, and lengthening with various devices, but the scar tissue (fibrous plaque) will still be there, which causes the stiffness. So the narrowing isn't really addressed by the devices either.

Enlarging fibrous tissue with a traction device does not reduce it ?

I believe traction only stretches rather than enlarging. VEDs might enlarge unaffected areas, I doubt that they work on the plaque.
