Staying in a deep squat position for about 5 - 15 minutes (watching tv) helps with my chronic flaccid pain but only for the moment. Within 15 Minutes after leaving squat, usually pain returns. Should i continue doing this daily or am i wasting time ?

I would question if you have CPPS along with peyronies. Basically your pelvic floor muscles are completely out of balance and tone. I deal with this situation and I know when things need to be stretched out.
