about 2 weeks since indentation; start VED ASAP? SOMAerectSTF?

I first noticed an indented, sunken area in my erection (dorsal area under glans) about 12 days ago.
I haven't noticed much soreness or any curvature so far.
I have a dr.'s appointment in a couple days---hopefully he refers me to a knowledgeable specialist, but I'm not sure how long long that will take.

Is it too soon to start using VED since I'm so early in the acute phase, or is As Soon As Possible the best time to start?

Is the SOMAerectSTF good for indentations, or is there a more specialized VED that would be better?
I'm totally willing to order the SOMAerectSTF, I just don't want to make a mistake by using it too soon, and later find out, "Ohh, you shouldn't have done that!!"

(Also, any opinions on whether it's better to order through Amazon or directly from Augusta Medical Systems?  If it's good to use it early in acute phase, then I want it ASAP---but I've read that ordering through Amazon voids the warranty, and I'm not sure if that really matters.)

bro, i wish i could give you an answer.
different doctors have different ideas about when to use VED.
my urologist published papers on VED uses for Peyronie's. That's why i chose him.
He made me wait something like a year before starting to use it. And everytime i felt like the disease was activated again he would make me stop.
So what i get is that he doesn't reccommend it too early in the acute phase.
I heard other urologists say that if you got into early state by injury (bent dick during sex) it is detrimental to further stress the tissues by stretching them with ved/traction up until the situation is more stable.
In the end, hear multiple hopinions and trust only qualified people, in my hopinion

When I went to the doctor my first time, they recommended I stay away from VED. Like 20yo said give it some time or let the doc tell you that. You don't want to cause more problems. 20yo you saw no improvement from using it after a waiting a year?
