Peyronie since 2020, no strong curvature but have more and more issues with ED. Had a lot of issues in  inflammatory phase but now main concern is ED. The "feeling" and libido is just not there down there and only cialis helped but the erections feel artificial.

Few weeks ago I started taking l arginine and pycnogenol daily after reading a study. Have to say that I find this a game changer. Have now very strong spontaneous and NTE. Since 2 years sex feels kind of normal again. In the study the participants were questioned 3months in. I just wonder if these effects will stay even when I someday eventually stop the supps.
Peyronie since 2020. Inflammation started probably after microtrauma. Almost no curvature. Still a weak spot with  scarring. At this point biggest issue is ED and once in a while recurring inflammation.

Hey Benneb,

How much arginine are you taking?

Trimix worked well but caused more scarring.

2x 500mg and 40mg pycnogenol. But in the study the arginine was higher.

Cool I just started today at 5g's l-arginine hoping it helps.

Personally thinks it's the pycnogenol or the combination. Had taken arginine alone in the past but very little results

I recently discovered that arginine can actually be harmful at times. It produces a free radical that can permanently damage the endothelial tissue of the vasculature --> leading to erectile dysfunction.

Avoid.

I would opt for citrulline instead - from watermelon. This is much, much safer. And also more effective.
Snake Diet + 5-day fasts + pentox + NeoV's stretching routine + Mito Red Light. Curvature 99% gone.

I also used Todd Capistrant's "Fascial Distortion Model" to help my curvature. Start slowly.

I fully agree.  L-Citrulline will give the same result, only better because it is more bio-available than L-Arginine.  The ultimate effect is that both produce Nitric Oxide that relaxes the blood vessels.  L-Citrulline produces more NO and does it more efficiently with fewer side effects.

Update from my side: so yes the effects stop if you stop the supplements.
ED only worse now. Cialis works perfectly for now.
But still 'the feeling' is not really there. Just an erection.

I hope the positive effects stick around for you even if you stop the supplements someday.
