I been here a while now but just getting the hang of the forum... have just updated my bio to the present situation so I'm copying and pasting my old one below so I can keep track... If there is somewhere better I should journal my experience please let me know and I can move it to over there...

"28 yo, diagnosed Peyronies Disease 13/6/22, 30dg curve to right/slightly down, Erectile Dysfunction, indentation, shortening 1 inch+

urologist gave me cialis 5mg to take daily and somacorrect (bought)

praying i can get this under control asap restore legnth/avoid Erectile Dysfunction"

So looks like I'm 8 months into this, god its been a journey of ups and downs, I'm starting to come to terms with things more now, although I will still have my days where I feel down I need to remind myself it's not the end of the world, there is always a penile implant that might help if needed and people who will understand the situation to form loving relationships regardless! Life and existing is too rare to stay down in the dumps. We must get up and push forward.

What started off as me one day in the bath tub getting a boner and "well why on earth is my penis tilted to the right for the first time in its life" then getting on google and diagnosing myself (gulp, but i guess i was right), then leading to find a expensive urologist in London to fork out the money to look at me and give me the official diagnosis.

Quick rundown:

1. realised penis was curved to the right and small plaque on right side just below glans, shaft was still straight, diagnosed by dr, given cialis for 6 months and bought a somaerect pump

2. doing manual traction and ved i believe out of being fearful i did it wrong and have injured myself more a month/2 ago now which gave me a second plaque on the left side, although im not sure i did this or its just natural progression but i think i did, i was pulling manual traction and also masturbating cause i thought it would be healthy despite it hurt a few times

3. my penis now has plaque on both left and right side just below glans which has kind of evened out the curve (bittersweet) but now my penis doesnt really grow above this area... the shaft can get hard (with help from cialis/pump) and is straight but anything above the plaque area/my tip is soft and bendable... if I can get the top half hard again i might be ok for a while so im dedicating my self to stick to a routine of daily VED for 15 minutes following Old Man protocol/or very similar of pumping up a bit and holding for about 10 seconds then release, wait 10 seconds and repeat...

Going to update myself here to see how it goes....

Hey man - very similar situation. I'm just about 12 months in myself.

What do you think you did wrong with manual traction/VED?

We're all in this together. Best of luck!
35. No injury. Lump Feb 22.
Pain, dent, left & upward bend ~50deg. Bad EQ.
Cialis Dac 22 - ear issues.
Diagnosed Feb 23.
VED Oct 22. PMP Feb 23.
Lump reduced May 23, dent remains, angle a little better. EQ improved.

Supportive partner, depression.

Logically, manual traction is both inadequate for results and full of risk.

I think I overstretched it and made things worse. I wouldn't recommend it personally. Feel like VED has helped.
