Hello all my friends, this is my very first message in this forum and I'm not sure whether I created the message in correct subject. Also I'm not native English speaker but I will do my best, sorry for grammar mistakes. Let me tell you my story with details; (27 male right now)

Everything was normal until 2019. I had colourful sexual life, good relationships etc. Then, I started to have erection problems with my girlfriend. I didn't think that this was serious. It took at least 1 month, I noticed that something is wrong with me. I went to urologist and he checked my hormones, and said I'm totally normal this is just psychologic. After this, still I couldn't have erections again. I tried Cialis 20 and 5mg, they worked well. As soon as I stop taking pills, erectile dysfunction is with me. This lead me to think, I have vein problem. But I was wrong, I didn't notice hourglass through penile shaft. It was small and not visible always.
My doctor suggested me to do Penile Doppler Ultrasound. I went to medical centre to have this test. They did injection for erection and ultrasound test. They said me, everything is super normal. Nothing wrong here, and gave me a report about it. But after this, I had 6 hours non-stop erection. At hour 6, I ran to hospital and they took away blood from penis by using injector (needle?). By having this issue, I guess a scar tissue was existed in my penile shaft. Now I hav very good looking hourglass shape since 2020.
The hourglass shape was invisible when it's flaccid in the past. I was seeing it very rarely when it's semi erect, time to time. But nowadays, I can see little hourglass even it's flaccid. It freaks me out so so so bad. Sometimes I'm suicidal because of it.
Right now the main problem is; I have little hourglass shape when it's flaccid. I have very noticeable hourglass shape when it is semi-erect. I have fully straight and normal erection (boner). When it's fully erect, no hourglass or any other shape.
I went couple of doctors, they did hand check to find plaque. They told me they don't feel any plaque here, it's not Peyronie.

The part when it becomes hourglass, the meat is hard when you compare it rest of penis. Also it feels numb. I can feel "more" on the other parts. But hourglass part, the feeling is less when I touch with my hands. I don't feel any plaque as well but the hourglass part looks like the near but little but hardened. I don't know how to describe it, but if it's important I'm gonna do my best. Also I have pain after masturbation and sexual inter course at the area of hourglass. Always.

Plus everything, I have good pictures of my issue. Im not sure if it's secure to post here or secretly. Im new here, I don't know all the rules. But I want to show you photo, only this forum can understand the main reason. Is it Peyronie or Hard Flaccid? What should I do? I tried to do millions of research but no answer. Only this forum can help me. I can send photos via DM. I'm just looking for information and a treatment. I don't care about the cost, I want my health back and I'm totally desperate...

Sorry to hear about your issue. I have narrowing of the top 1/3 of the shaft below the head. The urologist did an ultrasound of my penis and found a small plaque but also some "fibrosis" in the narrow area that was causing it to be less expansive, and so it was narrower. He recommended a vacuum erection device (VED) so I am using a SOMAerect stf. I think the VED helps with my erectile dysfunction a lot. I get lots of nighttime erections, which I think is healthy and helps prevent progression of the disease (and maybe will help it get better). I am being careful not to over-pump!
Age 37. First symptoms Jan 2019. Small (4mm) calcified plaque near head, and narrowing near plaque, last 1/3 of shaft. Used pentox for 1 year. Still using tadalafil 5mg, coq10. VED & mild traction helping w/ erection quality

Thanks for your answer, I have never used VED before. I read so many bad stories about using them. Can I use it by myself without any doctor recommendation?
Hourglass shape is becoming more visible even flaccid day by day. I'm super confused, I didn't see anybody from internet who achieved to beat hourglass shape. If you achieved, please let me know anybody from this forum.

aaeer,
There is a section of this forum under peyronies disease treatment boards->VEDs for peyronies where many have shared their experience. It sounds like some have had success, especially user Old Man who has posted a lot of great info. Some said it helped, some said it did nothing, and some said it made it worse. I think it depends on your case, and how you use it. I think the worst thing is to panic, be too extreme and make it worse.

If you are early stage, i would ask a doctor! But sometimes they really dont have a good answer. My urologist didnt really know, but as i said suggested ved and prescribed cialis and pentoxifylline. My first question to you would be, do you smoke or drink? What is your diet and lifestyle? Make sure that is also all good and setting you up for success. BTW if you are in turkey, best wishes to you and hope you are ok.

Often time, the once who had problems with VED therapy were over pumping. Meaning they were pumping to high a negative pressure in the VED tube and causing stress to their penis.

Some think that if a little bit of pumping helps, then a lot would be better.......  not in this case.
