Could it possibly be a bursted capillary? Good idea by you to go ahead with the VED so that you still get some daily stretch and expansion at least. Hope it heals quick so you can go back to traction.

I don't think so, it's much more like blood blisters I've had in the past. It's healing anyhow so Monday I'll get back to VED and take the pressure easy for a few days.

So the blood blister literally disappeared on Saturday - great. Back to using PMP and VED Saturday, Sunday, Monday no issues whatsoever.

Tonight. Three blisters. Three. Big ones too. No pain, I just took the PMP off after 2 hours and there are three blisters. In different places to the blood blister too.

Not sure what's going on as I've had no issues like this before. I do however, max the rods out, so I may be over-doing the tension. I will wait a week for these to heal, then drop the tension back.

Two steps forward one step back. So frustrating.

Two full weeks taking a break from PMP - blood blisters are probably 95% healed.

I have however, taken the opportunity to up my VED frequency and intensity, which has had an unexpected positive effect...

My original lump, which I discovered in Feb 2022, has gone.

When I say gone, I mean that a lump that I have easily palpated about 800 times a day for the last 16 months is no longer palpable unless I really go digging for it, and even then it sometimes evades me. This has happened over the course of around 9 days.

Frustratingly, my dent and curve still remain, however, they are directly "above" the lump and "attached" to it, so I'm wondering if the increased VED intensity is actually finally having a positive effect, or if having 2 weeks off traction after a fairly intense 12 weeks has allowed that tissue to remodel.

I'm one of these people who has been suspicious of people saying that their plaques/lumps have disappeared, because they're physically part of the tunica, but here I am, one of those people.

I'm going to give it another week before I start with the PMP again, just to make sure these blood blisters are well and truly healed.

Well, that undoubtedly sounds like a positive change. Whatever you did to alter your VED routine stick with it and see what happens with time.

Yeah it's bizzare, but a nice positive. Even though it hasn't changed my deformity, it's quite nice not feeling the lump every time I use the toilet etc.

So I guess this has become a VED diary too ;D

Not started up PMP again yet because I'm not 100% it's the right device for me. I've read recently that Levine says that the issue with Gen1 traction devices is they're limited by the neurovascular bundle which cannot be stretched.

While I feel the PMP has had a small but positive overall impact, the incredible back pain it caused, the glans blisters and the loss of 2 hours of my day (which has since been replaced with running which is better for my overall health) plus the fact that I simply cannot use it for the needed 6 to 8 hours a day means I am likely going to sell it and get a RestoreX.

Given my left-hand bend near my glans, the RestoreX will be able to target this area more specifically and with a much higher tension, for a shorter period of time.

On the plus side, my VED sessions continue to reduce the size of my palpable nodules to almost nothing, which if nothing else is a great psychological win, not feeling lumps and bumps every day.

A recent erection that I was able to monitor was almost straight during the semi phase, something that hasn't happened in a long time. The deformity happened at full erection, but I feel was again slightly reduced.

My hope is that now I've really upped my VED sessions to twice a day, as well as upping the intensity and hold time, that these may continue to translate into "real world" gains. When pumping now I feel a very specific and very real stretching sensation in my problem area, something I've never experienced up until this last 3 weeks.

tl;dr - Going to replace the PMP for a RestoreX and feel like VED may actually be working.

I wanted to try out Restorex over 2 years ago but it doesn't ship to sweden and now I feel it's way too late to start traction real shame but that's personally the only traction device I would go for due to the 30 min sessions being okayish time frame. Absolutely no way I would strap a device onto my dick  for several hours a day everyone is different but I could just never withstand that.

Hope your new VED routine will continue to show progress. I will also start with VED in the summer.
