My doppler showed I have six plaques (I suspected I had about three) and one of my veins aren't working which is why I have softer erections.  I don't know which vein.  I mean when he told me, I was kinda frozen.  I don't have a spouse to come with me so I can ask questions right away.  My mind didn't think quick enough!  It will have to wait until my next visit.

My testosterone levels are low now also.  My uro had me see the nutritionist in his office which I was already on healthier eating habits since September.

I'm on 5mg of Tadalafil.  The first day I took it, I felt a bit stuffy and weird as in that shaky feeling when you're starting to get hungry.  A few days later had a lot of buttocks and leg pain, couldn't even sit.  I stopped taking it for 48hrs which I feel was a mistake and probably shoulda called my doctor.  I wanted to do a process of elimination since I rode my exercise bike that I haven't done in a while.  I started to take it again today, if the pains come back, I'll call him.  Has anyone's leg pain gone away after taking it for a while or any other side effect?

The lower body pain is a nightmare on that drug but there are things you can do. One thing would be not to take it every single day, it stays long in your system, you can take it monday wednesday friday. You can take nsaids/painkillers temporarly until the side effects subside, they did for me at least.

In general I just seem to respond better to Sildenafil so I quit tadalafil anyway, if side effect keep on going ask your doc for a 25mg a day sildenafil treatment instead or 50mg depending on how you react.

As for the US, very sorry to hear about that. Are any of those plaques palpable? I think I must do an US soon myself because I can't feel anything at all neither could the 2 uros who palpated. Might be that I also have venous leak then.

Has he not mentioned anything in the report about a treatment plan for you?

Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.

I am sorry to hear about your low testosterone levels. I have been on replacement therapy for 19 years now and to begin with I did do the nutritional support first which did not do much. You must find a real hormone specialist to assess yourself correctly before beginning down this long road as it is for life once you start. I could not live without my testosterone meds. If you need some info you can PM me.  :)  Mikel7

So eventually the leg pain goes away?  I've been good so far this second time around.  I hope.

The plan is now to eat better, take the Tadalafil I don't know for how long.

I can feel about three plaques when semi erect.
