new member to this fun and exciting club.....  After all of the research I've done I'm realizing I'm actually pretty lucky all things considered.  Noticed pain during erections last year mid 2022.  Got a little worse but then also noticed something hard right side of penis.  Definitely wasn't normal.  Told my wife about it, she agreed.  Only now seeing some curvature but it's minimal and the plaque is located in the very end of my schlong, which I'm told is unusual.  Honestly I wouldn't even call it curvature, more like the left side of the head is deflated is all.   First urologist said yes it's peyronies but he doesn't treat it so he referred me to someone else.  2nd urologist very clearly wasn't interested, told me it wasn't peyronies and basically have a nice life.  So here I am,  Looking for options.  Received generic cialis and can still have sex with that fine, it's pretty awesome actually.  First time trying the little blue pill lol. Erections on my own are ok but the pain is a distraction and deterrent.   But I'm worried this will worsen and considering I have a very young, very attractive wife (don't ask me how I pulled it off, I still don't know!) who wants the d any chance she can get it I am motivated to get this problem fixed. Hey McLovin.

Welcome aboard. A lot of doctors are not up to date on treatments unfortunately.  If you can have great sex with medication at this point, i would stay on or get on, daily cialis 2.5/5mg as that promotes good erections and helps with tissue health in the long run. There are studies online on it. For pain, it normally subsides after you are out of the active phase.

If you are not losing size nor gaining any more deformity and you are happy with your current shape/function, just monitor it regularly with pictures and a ruler so you keep tabs on the disease progression. If you do start progressing then you should immediately jump on traction therapy and maybe combine it with a VED.
