I developed scar tissue about 3 months ago from injury. A small plaque can be felt on the lower left side causing minor iindent and narrowing. Length is not lost and girth is not lost at my biggest point mid shaft. Peyronies expert recommended pentox, arginine, cialis. He did not mention VED, but in my visit summary, it looks like he put VED and how to use it daily. Im pretty sure he did copy-paste that part so that is why it said that. I am 28 years old and he said it was a very mild case. Pain is gone flaccid and erect, if I am a lil rough there is pain where the plaques are when masturbating. I also have pelvic floor problems and hard flaccid, with poor circulation to penis forever. SHOULD I VED OR NOT? I want the indent to be gone.
Hard Flaccid led to an Ultrasound
I got Priapism from the ultrasound Injection
The injection to bring down erection caused an indent
on left side shaft Nov/22
Pain is gone completely after 2 months Jan/23

Bud luck

If I was you I won't do the VED, if you only have little narrowing and a small dent but still have erections DO NOT try to correct it because there is a little risk involved, I had the same problem as you but I made it worse trying to correct it
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Do you have numbness or sensation issues? I don't think VED is where you need to go, but if you do just make sure you use it properly. Trying to get immediate results can cause more immediate problems.
27 yrs Old, started May 2021/ trauma-induced by a mechanical device, No pain
Urologist said its not Peyronies Disease
Congenital curve 20 deg with numbness, and sensation issues
Daily 5mg Cialis & L -Arginine

20yo

personally i think you should do it, but first of all:
ask your doctor, did he mean to suggest you doing VED? is what you found in the report a mistake? it's important to know, not all cases are suitable.
second: be very careful with pain and even mild discomfort.
if your penis doesn't inflate DO NOT overdo it and keep on pumping. at the beginnig for me it doesn't it has to "learn" how to stretch. so just accept the bad erection/slight engorgement at the beginning without overdoing it.
as everyone says, go slowly, carefully, avoid injuries, and don't plan on achieving anything before a couple months or even more
20 yo, Peyronies Disease 2020(55 degrees down) + congenital curve
loss of length, stable erection, sensation. hourglassing
antioxidants, hyaluronic acid injected & oral, maybe Yachia in future
Recently started VED 2x a week
Still wants sex and a relationship

+1 on this.

Some days, it just won't inflate, even with the exact same number of pumps that normally gets things going. Do not think you can compensate by pumping past this as this can cause damage! Take the hint and move on with your day. Try again tomorrow.
