Hey! I'm feeling pain on the penis when erect and when touching around/next to the small bump. I don't really notice a curve, but sometimes I think it's bending a little. Is the pain when touching common in Peyronies or could it be something else?
23y.
Noticed pain and small bump (on shaft) in nov/2022.
Went to an uro at dec/2022.
Taking Pentox + Cialis currently.
Pain during erection or when touching around the bump on the shaft (even flaccid).
No noticeable curve.

Pain from Peyronies is usually when you are erect. And the pain is due to your erection trying to stretch the area of plaque. Meaning the more erect you are (harder), the more it hurts. And not while touching.

The bump sounds like some inflammation of some sort.

Well, it DOES hurt when i'm hard, but there is also pain when touching, even if flaccid. So I don't really know.

Oh, I didn't know that, maybe you're right. But it's been like 2 months, can it still be an inflammation? And what should I do: try for a new uro or keep the pentox + cialis just in case?

This is exactly how my 1st lump started.
A lump + pain and tenderness to touch. I had about 3 months where I thought there was maybe a curve starting. Then it suddenly got much worse and I developed 2, then 3, and now 4 lumps even though practicing total abstinence.
Happy you got a uro appointment so soon - I was first referred in August and again in November and still haven't heard anything.

Keep and eye on and and look into starting preventative therapies such as Vit E, VED etc.
35. No injury. Lump Feb 22.
Pain, dent, left & upward bend ~50deg. Bad EQ.
Cialis Dac 22 - ear issues.
Diagnosed Feb 23.
VED Oct 22. PMP Feb 23.
Lump reduced May 23, dent remains, angle a little better. EQ improved.

Supportive partner, depression.

Exactly! In my case, it's more like a band than a lump, to be honest. But yeah, it started with a pain like a soreness. Now I have pain every told I have an erection and also tenderness to touch.  Also, it's not like a curve, it's more like an indentation.
I'm keeping the pentox + Cialis but haven't started VED or other treatment like that, since I can't see a curve. I just want the pain to go away soon...
