New plaque has lowered 40 degree bend

I developed a new plaque that might actually be responsible for the improvement of my 40 degree bend down to around 10 degrees.

I really need some advice about this. I think we all know that there's no way its going to end up working in my favorite.

I'll summarize this as best I can.

I felt a lump on one side in late summer 2021. The (first) urologist identified it immediately and warned me of what was to come. By July 2022 I had a 30 degree leftward bend with full erections. That urologist sent me to the disease specialist. That Dr squeezed the plaque and I swear it made it worse. I ended up with a 40 degree bend, which was its peak.

I told the plaque squeezing doctor I was worried that the firm erections combined with such a significant leftward bend felt like it was putting a lot of stress on the other side of my penis. He gave me the frenchman's wave like I was making it up.

So now I have a significant dent on the opposite side with a growing plaque.

Ive been taking pentox and using RestoreX for around a year. I saw an improvement in the 40 degree bend, getting it down to 25-30 degrees. But since the new plaque has taken off on the exact opposite side of the 40 degree bend, the 40 degree bend is down to around 10 degrees.

I know that a straightened penis (albeit with a noticeable dent and narrowing) isn't going to last, and that an hourglass deformity is inevitable. I also have a 3rd, smaller plaque growing elsewhere. But.. I'll deal with that one later.

Does anyone out there have any input on dealing with opposite side plaques like this? I expect that it'll end up lightning bolt shaped (hence my z shaped d name). With my luck, the 40 degree bend had miraculously straightened out.. just in time for the new plaque to cause an even worse bend in the opposite direction.

I talked to the disease specialist about it, but the guy is an arrogant ass. His focus in life is to inject penises with xiaflex. When I asked him how many patients he regularly gives injections to, instead of a number he bragged that the drug rep told him "at a conference" (sponsored by the drug maker) that he gives the most injections in his region. When I told him I posted a question for Dr Trost on here, it offended him.

If its not about xiaflex, he doesn't want to hear it. I swear he'd sit there with his fingers in his ears if he could. So you guys are my best source of information.

FWIW I have chrons with YEARS of significantly high levels of inflammation. Multiple times higher than the normal range. Idk if its related to peyronie's in any way. But it has affected my joints and eyes. So I'm just throwing it out there.

Also need to point out that a couple months or so before the bend started improving, I started sleeping in what is basically a splint. I noticed that when laying on my back or side, my P would fall toward or bend in the direction of the plaque. That seemed counterproductive, especially after traction. So I made something of a splint to sleep in, that covers just the plaque. Nothing tight, and just strong enough to prevent it from bending toward the plaque in my sleep.

Thanks for your input guys.
