Hello fellow forum readers,

At first I want to say that im 17 and non-native so my english may be a complete disaster.
I read the entire forum for the last week and today I decided to create new account & write my first post.
The situation may look like a joke but the results of it are serious so please dont act like im panicking (unless I really do).

About 4 weeks ago, I had erection tucked in my pants for serveral hours. It was painful but after I released it, everything was fine. No swelling or other fracture sympthoms were noticed.
After release, area below belly and testicles began to hurt. During next few hours, pain increased to the point where I was close to call an ambulance because of possible testicular torsion.
My familly members told me not to since I could stand by myself which apparently shouldnt be possible with real testicular torsion (pain).

The next day the pain was gone. It was also the day where i noticed a curvature to the left for around 25 degrees in both erect and nonerect state, my penis always tended to bend that way but it was very small and nonnoticable curvature.
Erectile funtion remained as good as before, lenght and girith were also good as always (at least I didnt notice any change). I masturbated that day and the next day and the another day, I wanted to check if curvature is still present.

Here we are, around 3 weeks later. I visited a doctor and suggested that my issue might be a torn suspensory ligament. After physical examination in flaccid state, he agreed with me and admitted that the ligaments doesnt respond in way they should do, he couldnt feel them so they are neither extremaly overstretched or completly torn (thats what he said). At the time I also noticed that my penis shrank around 3cm in "full erection". Its "full erection" because it felt like its full but I hope that penis cant randomly shrink 3cm. Since that day which happened to be like 3 days ago, I am suicuidal and I completly mean it. The next appointment with urologist (peyrone & trans specialist) is in february. I know that if I wont find out what is happening with me till then, I might completly destroy my life in the meantime since it requires me to be fully present and not spending 10 hours a day reading same articles about dicks.

If you have any helpful/nonhelpful info, please share it with me. I write this post in the moment of strength but in everyday reality I am a complete wasteman and my mental state worsens everyday. I write this post because I want to prevent worsening of my mental to the point where ill just cut myself or do other inmature and stupid thing. Please just F^@$!ng help me anyone after this 3cm shrink I completly lost it

Have you told your parents/guardians about all this?

This is a great place for information but mental health needs to be fixed by professionals whilst heavily supported by real life friends and family.

You need to be getting proper support from those closest to you. I think we all go through this initial breakdown, especially if you lose length and girth etc. Just know it is a totally normal reaction and you will come through it once you begin to process it a bit.

You're a very young guy, you have a lot of time on your side, address your mental health and speak to people you love, it'll help massively.

Peyronies doesn't cause shortening without severe curvature. If shortening is the issue, then read up on usage of traction devices.
This is not the end of the world and you can overcome this.

Peyronie's can in fact lead to shortening without curvature.
Depends on where your plaque is located.
