High libido with weak erections

I know I keep posting too much, but I feel hopeless and you guys are the only ones that understand. I have really high libido but my penis is worst than ever, I keep thinking about sex, watching naked women on the internet but my penis is so messed up, no night time erections for couple months, my penis has two hinges and is thinner and shorter, I'm getting really depressed knowing that I messed it up by doing 'experiments that went bad: Trimix, PRP combined with Amniom shot, Shockwave...all these things made my penis destroyed, and now I have a messed up penis with high libido, this is causing me stress, anxiety and depression, life is getting very hard by the obsession with my penis, the solution is not the implant for me because I simple can't, I'm thinking about taking antidepressants and lower my libido and get rid of my obsession to the point to forget that I have a penis, I'm living a nightmare with no end.

Well if you wont do the IPP and PDE5's don't work why don't you use a penis pump or injections to get erections? I think pentox could be used as prophylactic to prevent scarring should you be prone to it with injections however this is just my own theory because I've read it prevents fibrosis in animal models. IDK Bud sounds like surgery could help you a lot but since you refuse to do that I guess you could try traction although you already know that im sure. Also, SSRI's won't lower your sex drive that much they pretty much just make it harder to acheive an orgasm which is why they are some times prescribed as an off label treatment for premature ejaculation.

Injections is what caused me the fibrosis twice, but thank you anyways. I'm been taking cialis and L-Citruline, but not Pentox. Traction is recommended for some 'experts' but discouraged for others, same with VED, also every guy reacts differently with any therapy. Implants are like a lottery, some get great results, some ok and some horrible,  so I better don't take the risk

Yeah I would but I seem to be healing up and I have healed my HG deformity before after injury I've noticed in the past that I heal a couple months after the traumatic event (edging which I know is bad but I seem to do over and over again 1x or 2x per year). I got a doppler and my urologist said erectile function is normal and to wait for it to heal. I asked Dr. EID and he echoed my urologist and said give it 3-6 months. I am getting good erections again and I think the dent is improving but it's taken longer to heal then previous incidents. as I get older I'll probably need the IPP at some point. I just don't want to get it too late and experience atrophy and wish I had done it sooner as so many have said.

Honestly, I think it sounds pretty great to be able to get a rock hard dick on demand and not have deformity or an worry about it performing. That said some people are totally opposed to it. To each their own.

Well in the past when I was in my early 20's I did nothing and I recovered. In my late 20's it got kinda bad again and I did PRP, and ESWT multiple times and those helped for awhile but then my uro put my on trimix and that totally buffed out my dent and HG. I used Trimix for a few weeks and then didn't even need it anymore so I went back to cialis and my dick was great until my most recent injury. This most recent time i've been on Pentox, 20mg tadalafil daily, verapamil cream 15% (only 2 weeks on it now) COQ10, diet with lots of antioxidants, exercise to improve blood flow and thats it.

I'm with trapper man. Based on your posts and where I believe you are mentally, I'd get the implant man. I'm not sure what your reasoning is for not, but I believe more often than not they are successful.

hope your doing well man! I read through Budlucks post and it sounds like he has had a lot of bad experiences with less invasive treatments which can definitely make you nervous to go through a permanent invasive procedure.

My point to help Budluck is that a lot of the risk of the "IPP lottery" as he calls it will be mitigated by a great high volume surgeon. It's either that or wait and hope for a new breakthrough treatment to come through which could be years living with his current situation. But bud if your GF is happy with it and you are able to have sex perhaps accepting the deformity and realizing it's not a problem for your relationship or sexual satisfaction through counseling could help.

Right now I have the worst ED of my life, I masturbate once everyday and half of the times twice, can get hard but is 'unstable' for erection, There has been one month since the last time I had sex with the girlfriend, now my biggest issue is the are of 'unestability' that I developed after the PRP and amnion injections that were done to suppose  to help me, I'm so angry at myself for taking risks with my dick, how do I suppose to get an implant based of my previous failures with less invasive measures?.

It's just a risk we all have to take man. We're basically navigating in no man's land. So many options, some could help, some could hurt, and some could do nothing. It's a crappy situation but it's reality. You can't change the past, I'd just focus on your current situation and what you plan to do now. Dwelling on the past and asking all of those "what if I didn't do that" questions will only mess you up mentally. If you're super concerned about doing anything else I'd just start accepting your situation and what it will take for you to be content with it. Or, you'd have to be willing to take a risk to have any type of surgery. If I were in your shoes tho, I'd certainly choose a path so I'm not going crazy.

Bud luck, dude, please seek mental health help before making any further decisions.

I've seen your posts, particularly your pictures you've posted over the years, your penis looks identical to when you first posted a picture of it to every time since.
Everyone on that thread has tried to get you to seek help, as none of those treatments have seemingly done any visible damage but you claim they destroyed your penis. Body dismorphia is something you might need help with.

It is clear you are suffering like the rest of us, but I think the mental health issues this can cause us are getting the better of you and making you think it's much worse than it is. You have a totally functional penis that looks like you can have sex with ease. Your curve is not too drastic and I doubt any woman would notice you even had Peyronies Disease.

You've mentioned in other posts that you think you are being punished for being unfaithful in previous relationships, and clearly the guilt of that is playing a big part in all of this and messing up your ability to see this logically.

Please stop asking strangers on the Internet for life advice on whether to get a major surgery or not and please address your clearly declining mental health with a medical professional.

Once you're in a better head space you'll be able to make informed decisions in your own best interest.

We all want what is best for you but your behaviour is clearly not healthy and until you are in a better place mentally you shouldn't be looking to make any knee jerk reactions here..

The thing about pictures is they don't show all the other problems like for example instability or hinging and buckling upon penetration. If I posted a pic of my dick on here I think 95% would say it looks totally functional with just a slight curve that shouldn't prevent sex. But what people can't see on that pic is how easily the penis moves from side to side while erect and how the narrowed area creates buckling when under force.

This is generally an issue when visiting doctors with limited experience. You show them a pic and they say oh well that's not too bad of a curve, here you have some cialis to take daily. Few of them make thorough exams when you tell them about the other issues. Sadly with many Peyronies patients curvature is not what hinders them from sex. It can be narrowing, ED, hinge effect, instability and a cocktail of various different issues and risk factors.

His and mine cases are very similar and I also have ups and downs mentally but I don't let it get to me that bad as I will never let the disease get a grip over my life. If you all ever go to a doctor, take an actual
VIDEO of your penis erect, then cause it to hinge and that should clear up any possible confusion or dismissal of your problem. I did that before and I'm getting an updated video prior to my visit to Dr Christine soon. It's extremely helpful for the both of you so they can see what you're working with.

What is depressing me the most is that what happened to me is RARE, and also the things that I tried to correct my problem made it worse, right now my dick is worse than ever, for the first time in my life I'm not getting night time erections, is like my new fibrosis is impeding the blow flow, plus my depression is all over the roof, is a living nightmare with no end. Then I look on the implant forum and see so many bad stories.....

I'm the opposite. I've gotten super low libido since affected by the disease.

Studies show depression numbers are high in men wirh Peyronies.

No surprise because there is practically no help to get from doctors.

Only thing one can do is gamble on expensive devices that may or may not help and may worsen it!!!

About 6 months ago I got a client that works in a clinic, he said to me that he has a machine that produces heat and cold and is used to improve penis blood flow, after did some research about hear and cold it didn't seem a risky therapy, I went to his office and he put me a numb cream on my penis so I won't feel the heat or the cold, he was applying the heat all over my penis from the very bottom to the top, and then later he applied cold, but when he was applying cold I noticed he was applying pressure on the base of my shaft and I told him to stop with the pressure, so he stopped and just keeping  applying just the cold. I'm freaking out that the time he applied pressure of the bottom of my shaft is what is causing me to not have night time erections, before that I was having night time erections.

The facts;
IPP has the highest satisfaction rate of any procedure
A High Volume surgeon has a 98% success rate
a failure would be no worse than where you are now (a 100% failure rate)
Take the advice and get some PROFESSIONAL mental health support.
